Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Amazing location next to the most magnificent temple complex. Incredibly large rooms which are impeccable clean. Lovely front desk guys happy to help. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay in Trichy. Hot showers and cold AC!

No elevator. Multiple stories and staff may not be always to carry luggage. And difficult for elderly if the apartment allotted is not on ground floor

There is no restaurant nearby, but there is facility to order food. Nothung else negative to mention

Wonderful property with all required facilities for staying comfortably. Within 5 mins walk to the Srirangam Temple Rajagopuram, this is an excellent choice for stay.

* leaking faucet * Dirty couches * inadequate kitchen and non inviting kitchen * most places i have visited will have equipment to make coffee, tea and supplies for it ; good quality towels, hand towels, kitchen utencils, plates , cutlery etc.
Reception staff; Property itself Other than the disgusting couch everything else was clean. The couch threw me off. Leather or wood couches could have helped to keep it clean; the staff were very kind and helpful.

The space was fairly sparse in terms of decoration and lighting. Location was very good for the main temple but north of the main part of the city.
Very big room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. We were at the back of the block which was quiet with a balcony but no outdoor furniture. Reliable internet was provided.

Jyothi Suites is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of the south entrance to the temple and has private parking onsite. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It was a very nice stay.

Few suggestions if the check in time is but earlier it will help to check in early. Have limited parking and only 2 to 3 cars only can be parked in parking and to take the first car parked other car Need to taken out. If the price is bit less it will be good nearly 2500 to 3000. And also if provided at least 4 towels and soaps if booked 2 bhk since can expect minimum 4 people will come.
I have liked since the rooms are very big and clean, Hall was very big and clean and near to Temple, located in between the colony, even 2 family can be accommodated. We are four Adults with kid we feel it like it’s our home, staff are very friendly and they also helped in getting the luggage in to our rooms and they also received us with smile and friendly manner, you may order from near by hotels and once you get in to roof terrace you also Find the 3 side of Gopuram. It’s really good stay, I recommend if any one go to Srirangam you may stay here with happy stay. Only price looks bit high so it’s not work out for you are more then 5 to 6 members.

Geyser mcb was tripping and no electrical kettle was provided. Some of the items mentioned in the property description wasn’t there. Example washing machine, fruit basket on arrival
