We were really pleased with our stay at the Ariston as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The location is very convenient easily accessible from public transportation. The road can be congested during morning and evening as its a main bazar here. The rooms are small but neat. We faced issue with AC once then it got resolved. Overall a decent stay.

What really stood out was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, especially . He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find such genuine service these day

I had a wonderful experience during my 5-day stay at this hotel. As someone who was initially hesitant about staying in Paharganj, I was genuinely surprised by the clean and welcoming ambience of the location, as well as the excellent hospitality provided by the hotel and its staff.

It is a good hotel with affordable prices and rooms are very good. I had a good service. Mr. Salman at reception helped me a lot regarding the city and places to visit as well. Overall I enjoyed the stay at this hotel

Receptionist was sleeping when we arrived, a was rude afterwards. Defective A/C and not fixed even after multiple complains. Room was booked for 3 adults, room offered did not have 2 beds (1 double & 1Single) mattress was offered only. They insisted on 400rs extra for a room with 2 beds which I refused.

Don't stay in such a hotel. Guests come here after booking and the hotel staff asks for extra money, if you don't pay then they abuse. It is a very useless hotel. Don't stay here.

The person who is the business development manager at booking.com is a dumb idiot and the hotel is a fake hotel with number 1. Even after the booking was done on booking.com, he took Rs. 2000 extra from me.
