The noisy air conditioning units on the ground floor

We had a very nice welcome by Abhishek. He was a very friendly face after a long days travel and did everything to help us check in quickly. The views of the Taj Mahal from the top were amazing and are as advertised in the hotels pictures.

There were no beautiful ladies throwing rose petals at my feet when I walked around.

Abhishek and his father took great care of me from the moment I arrived. Then the owner is also around and was very kind. Location is great and safe. If you want to stay in the lap of luxury you must pay for it. This is a value at the price and if you're not seeking to be pampered by silk sheets or to be hand fed then I recommend Kamal to you. Some reviews are beyond belief at hotels costing so little. Don't be a jerk when visiting India!

No heater (hot water) in the bathroom

Beverage is nice, especially we can enjoy it at the rooftop which we can see beautiful views of Taj Mahal and surrounding. The owner and his staff are friendly and helpful ❤️

There was not hot water. The annoying tuk tuk drivers in the area.

The close proximity to the Taj Mahal was fantastic and only a 5 minute walk to the East gate. The roof top view of the Taj Mahal was also awesome.

There were gaps around the cooler window where mosquitoes could enter, this could be a problem for foreign guests. Outside of the Taj Mahal, Agra is not a salubrious place to stay.

The location is awesome for the Taj Mahal, with a view from the rooftop. The staff are lovely & we slept well. The cooler & fan worked well. There are some great veggie restaurants close by & the Hotel Kamal parathas & chai are delish!

The location near tajmahal was exceptional Room was comfortable Staff was very cooperative Mr Raju (chef) made very tasty food and best part was that food was available 24×7 round the clock. Mr Abhishek (receptionist) was also very helpful and nice person. The owner Mr Arora was also kind and welcoming. So in total it was a very good 3 days stay at the hotel...

There aren’t many amenities at this price point. The room was dated. It was cold when we visited and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket. Beds are firm

Someone was available to check us in and make us sandwiches even though it was almost 2AM. Location wise it is 10/10 as it was a 4 minute walk to the East Gate. The manager helped us hire an auto to the airport even though the driver wanted more money later. Note: The only autos allowed to pick up are the electric ones. Drop off any kind of car or auto is ok. Also, cash only

No toilet paper and wet head type shower. Pretty noisy area at night with the dogs.

The food was good, convenient location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I got in pretty late and no problems checking in.

The staff really makes the difference in this hotel! I got sick one night and my girlfriend asked the staff for some medicine, and they personally brought her to the local doctor and, since she didn’t have her wallet, they took care of the costs and didn’t want the money back! Having someone so helpful in these bad moments, when you are sick and alone in a foreign country, is something that really makes your stay.

The bathroom cleaning standards perhaps need reviewing! However the bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is currently under repair. Some parts are not yet renewed. The room is basic and rustic. Location is great for Taj mahal but maybe complicated for anything else as traffic gets crazy during the day ex. Uber auto (tuk tuk) can drop you in the hotel but cannot pick you up.

The view from the rooftop is worth the money spent. Not in our wildest dreams we thought we'd have breakfast and dinner with unobstructed Taj views. Additionally Taj by walking is 3 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful to our requests and food in restaurant has a normal price. So it comes to what you value and consider to be comfortable or not

Nothing, except the many newts that appear in the afternoon/night - in the bedroom too - but... its nature.

Everything was great. The location was excelent, the bedroom/wc were great and the stuff was nice.
