Issue with electrics, a few cockroaches in the room. The owner was apologetic and came up with solutions to these problems, I just mention them to be honest about the experience.

Friendly staff, close to Green Park metro and a helpful selection of shops (pharmacy, cafes, etc) on the same street, property feels secure.
