Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaOnly complaint we all had was AC was not there in the rooms. Due to hot summer this year customers would prefer AC. Or you should have screen (net) behind the glass doors so cool air can be rec’d while the glass doors can be opened.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Staff like Hilal was very cooperative and attentive. His recommendations were good. He and his team took care of us very well.

This opulent property is located in a beautiful natural setting, with stunning views of the Himalayas and gardens in proximity of the property. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The highlight of our stay was the care that we received from every member of staff that we came across. They were all very warm and spared no effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Special mention must be made of Duty Manager Irfan Hussain, who delivered an exceptional level of service and significantly enhanced our overall experience. He was ably supported by his diligent team, who took great care in attending to our needs. In summary, The Khyber surpassed our expectations in every aspect, and my family and I were absolutely delighted with our stay. The Khyber exemplifies hospitality at its finest, and we highly recommend it.

The location, staff and ambience were top of the line. Pricey as expected, but otherwise, everything you could ask for. The food at Brava, The Italian restaurant was superb. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fabulous too. All the staff were awesome and always happy to oblige for even the smallest request. Totally recommended. Best place to stay in Gulmarg!
