Kodai Resort was in a great location with great views from the balcony, across the hills and into the town below. The bungalow was spacious and very comfortable, with a bench for sharing food and drinks and a huge balcony to relax and enjoy the ambient views.

While my stay at Kodai Resort Hotel was overall enjoyable, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, the room I stayed in tended to be quite cold, even when doors and windows were closed. It was disappointing to find that there was no heater facility available as standard in the room. I had to pay an additional Rs. 500 per night for a heater for my 3-year-old child, which I believe should have been included as part of the room's amenities, especially considering the chilly weather. Secondly, the toilet area in the room was rather small, which made it a bit inconvenient for bathing comfortably. Despite these issues, I appreciate the pleasant environment, excellent staff, and the hotel's central location. Addressing these points would enhance the comfort and convenience of future guests at Kodai Resort Hotel.

Rooms were not well maintained, needs improvement. Hairdryer in the washroom could be replaced as it's looks old and worn out.

The bed was so comfy and the balcony of the room was so huge and gave us some nice scenic views. The hotel is centrally located which made us easy to the local attractions. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and nice and the restuarant staff were very friendly. Enough parking spaces are there.

Climbing up the slope every time was one difficult thing for us carrying the child also... So if some elevator is provided in the resort it will be very much easier... Please take this into serious consideration ...

Food is excellent... Especially their complimentary breakfast is awesome.... The rooms wer really spacious and neat and clean... Laundry services were also prompt and neat... Room services and the reception response is well appreciable 👍 keep it up...
