Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service from Abhishek and Brijesh. They went above and beyond by accepting and safely sending back our parcels. The housekeeping staff (Ram and Shamshed) was equally impressive. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Good experience to stay near Yashobhomi, you can watch through the window any time. Clean and spacious rooms, prompt service clean washrooms, kettle and tea coffee dips in plenty, toiletries yes You can use an autorickshaw for the hotel Krishna, the hotel being on the road. Breakfast was tasty and had good options, enjoyed it overall.

No breakfast till 830 am. So had to order from outside evening money paid. Mosquito too much. Loud noise from music played at gym down stairs. I will never suggest such lousy hotel. Money should be returned. Left hotel early as cannot Continue with discomfort!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at this hotel for a week and had a great experience. with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would stay here again! The location was perfect for exploring the city.
