How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The guy at reception when I arrived was a bit rude. Overall most of the staff seem grumpy all the time. On the positive side, they helped me with luggage and things. Not sure why they are so grumpy.
Room ok, location ok, not much to do/see around, but I had reasons to be in the area. Breakfast ok.

Even though it is located in an alley, there is still noise from the street and nearby construction. The bedsheet should be changed, as it is overwashed and has a stain and hole that I noticed. The room is dusty, and although I noticed that the breakfast was not supposed to be spicy, it was still served with a chili flavor.

Toiletry kits, Towels
The only drawback is small rooms, otherwise this is a very good place to stay at the cost we paid. Washroom was clean, complimentary toiletry kits could be better. Location is perfect and nearby too many good restaurants. A quiet area and very helpfull staff.

In breakfast, I was offered tortillas instead of plain paratha. I was in room no. 402, the location of faucet is very near to the Western toilet making it uncomfortable to sit.
Location is quiet.

The Guest house was located in a quiet area, at the same time in close proximity to a busy market place that had a Mall and various other commercial businesses, shops and eating joints. The Room with an attached Balcony was neat and well maintained with basic necessities. However the Bathroom unit was extremely tinier than usual although equipped with basic amenities. The Toiletries could have been a tad better than the very average stuff provided. The attendant staff was excellent, courteous and always eager to help. All in all, it was a comfortable stay in a homely atmosphere.

Restaurant is not available
It really fits the name because the hotel is located in a quiet and calm place yet close to airport and malls in near proximity. It is super clean and we also get a dining and sofa area additional to the rooms (common use).

Location , simplicity and ambience
Location was good. Had a very comfortable stay. However the arrangement for breakfast can improve. Also they can keep electric kettle and tea bags etc. in the room

Close to the airport, but a bit far from the major tourist attractions. Rather inflexible late check-out policy.
A quiet place in a residential area not far from the main road where buses, many restaurants, ATMs and shopping is available. Polite and helpful staff.

Although close to the airport, some of the other properties in area are a bit rough and ready. No kettle (but coffee provided with breakfast).
Staff so helpful for anything we required (including laundry, good food and drinks, taxi for the day), great sized clean room, nice bathroom (with solid western toilet seat!), fridge, very good choices for breakfast and could watch the WC Cricket on the TV.

Nothing to dislike
The guest house is neat and nice. Very well located centrally. Staff are nice and respond to requests nicely and promptly. The service is really nice.

1. The towel can be replaced in bathroom. Looks not new.. But its not bother me since i brought one. 2. Bed is hard.. But again when comes to alll good things.. Its not big deal.. Overall i had very good experience.. And if i come kolkata, i will stay here

Clean and tidy hotel located approx 20mins to the airport. Friendly and accommodating staff. We were only staying a night before an early morning flight, and it was a good and convenient base for this. Food and shopping options nearby. Ensuite bathroom small but functional. Balcony was a nice touch.

₹500/- extra Early check in time. Actual check in time is 12 noon and we checked in at 9am. Rooms are not value for money as per size and amenities. Rooms are too expensive for pocket. Connectivity problem with any nearby metro station.
Staffs are awesomely responsive. Rooms are clean, maintained and vibes are positive. Food is A1.
