Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Other than accommodation, there are no facilities. No common area/ food availability or delivery service. Apartment had no crockery / cutlery etc.

Nothing.
The apartments are big, clean and well furnished. The manager Thandapani was very courteous and helpful and all the staff were courteous. The apartments are family oriented.

The only improvement i would suggest is to ensure the availability of few tea bags in the kitchen.
Host called on my phone as soon as i booked the room in booking.com website. He was very warm in his conversation , shared me the location of the property on whattsapp and guided me to the right location in the late night, as i arrived at the property late in the night. He had spoken to the caretaker regarding my arrival in the property and the caretaker was waiting with the key at the main gate. Though there was no food options available in the property, the caretaker arranged morning tea from the near by shop. Overall experience was very good and i would definitely book this property for stay , if i visit Trichy or any nearby place in future as well.

Wifi connection wasn't great and was on and off. Bathrooms could have some separations and linen can be better managed. The Hall missing an AC in this hot weather can be off for some travelers but it was okay for us.
The space available to you is very nice and you can actually have a good family time as you have Large Hall and 2 bedrooms with Kitchen and decent furniture and AC in both the bedrooms. Kitchen has basic amenities for your needs, Fridge, one hotplate, and some crockery.

The staff - communication. Everything was on-request. We weren't told there is wifi or provided password till I asked them about it during checkout, we weren't told about room cleaning or housekeeping facility till we asked about it. So, everything has to asked to be gotten, nothing was explained.

Krishna Vibe is a perfect family oriented residence as opposed to a typical commercial hotel (which wittingly or unwittingly can cause a mental mayhem !). It provides a perfect abode for families and solo visitors who intend to fully explore the several historical temples and/or sights in Trichy as well as have some quiet moment - it is in a central location, yet away from the traffic buzz and human density. One instantaneously gets a homely feel here - the place is well maintained, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The place was so clean restrooms were really awesome. The apartment is totally spotless. Balcony is also good. There are no safety issues. There is supermarket opposite to it. The main road is walkable distance. Please go for it

Few indoor plants can be grown. Readable instructions may be kept near the intercom for the services to be user friendly Ac should be there in halls as-well so families can spend more time in the living room too when ever possible .

Only the beds were a little hard. And if if it’s possible to add on another pillow. There is only one pillow
The warmth of staffs especially the Manager. Super clean. Convenient place. Not much of a walking distance but can book Auto rides.
