IndiaKindly change the bed spread and blankets daily and send room cleaning daily . Day 1 which they have provided the same bedspread and pillow covers and blankets still 3rd day They didn’t change new one. That’s not acceptable.bathroom kit deltas kid and towels you should keep 2 numbers at least.
Break fast ok . And once called your response is good. You have provided the coffee with broken cup. Try concentrate on this things.

IndiaThe place is inside a congested area. Also the approach road (if at all i can call it one) is really bad. One cannot think of even going in and out more than once in a day. Secondly, there is no kitchen in this place. Hence it takes 2 -2:30hrs for food to come after you order. It is also cold by the time it reaches you. Even the hot beverages or soup are mild and luke warm by the time they are in your mouth. thirdly, there is no heating in the room. it gets damn cold in winter.
Staff is courteous. Room and toilets are neat and well maintained. Hot water is available for bath and drinking. carrom board available for one to play.
