Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with great breakfasts and friendly, professional service throughout. Reception and the owners were always on hand and really helpful with local tips, even assisting with a regional SIM card when Airtel roaming didn’t work. The garlic soup was a standout! Location is a little out of town so taxis can take time— a shuttle would be a great addition. In the sunshine the setting is beautiful, while in the rain it’s all about huddling around the heater. Overall, a warm and welcoming stay.. Rent a motorbike. It's the way! Thank you to Norboo and team

United KingdomOnly item I would highlight, being european all the advice says only use bottled water, the filtered water supplied had us all boiling the water first as precaution, probably unnecessary, but the concern over getting ill is important. Be good to have some bottled water, (but appreciate may go against ethics of an eco resort to use plastic).
Myself and 4 friends had been riding for 9 days prior to our stay. The choice was made to have somewhere to rest and it was the perfect location. The accomodation was amazing, relaxing space, comfortable in every respect. Large rooms, great facilities, would stay again.

RussiaReally got confused about location and first was very disappointed. But then we actually liked that it’s like 15-20 min away from city centre. Google maps show correct location, booking.com needs to be corrected.
Perfect place to start or end your Ladakh trip. Full of nature. We absolutely enjoyed it! Food is yummy, staff is helpful and super friendly. Loved all garden and greens. Away from Leh city centre.

BangladeshYou need to pay an advance, however, they don’t seem to be aware that international tourists cannot easily make a bank transfer to India. If you require an advance payment, please make sure that you offer a payment method that accepts international cards. Also, their booking account has been hacked so I had been receiving weird messages for months prior to my stay. That was a bit annoying. When the request for an advance payment came, I was really confused because I first couldn’t tell whether it was a scam or not. However, they were available on WhatsApp to clarify the matter.
Amazing hotel. Staff is really nice and they were extremely supportive when I suffered from acute mountain sickness. Without them being so attentive, I probably wouldn’t have gone to the hospital which could have ended badly. The property is beautiful as are the little bungalows. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. The reception staff helped us organize cabs when we wanted to go to the market. They also arranged the most amazing driver for our 3 days trip through Ladakh.

We stayed for 6 nights in this beautiful resort. A quiet place in a beautiful garden with astonishing views of the mountains. The room (Langmar) was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. It woold have been perfect if there was a safety deposit box in the room. The breakfast was good and the lunch also with very reasonable prices. The staff was outstanding and doing everything to make our stay great. Especially the staff in the restaurant. The Wifi in the room was very good. It was a great stay and we recommend this place absolutely.

GermanyWe stayed at three different hotels in Leh in between our excursions and hikes in August 2025, and we had high hopes for this one, given that it was more costly than average prices in Leh. Unfortunately, we were very unsatisfied with our choice! The hotel is very far from the center or any shops or restaurants, only accessible by taxi, which limits your mobility. Moreover, the internet was extremely poor (at the beginning, we had no connection but even by installing a mobile router, it was still unstable), and some of the window blinds were not working. Upon checking in, we had to wait for a long time (almost an hour) before our room was ready (although we were checking in within the given time slot). We arrived at the breakfast buffet at 8:15 (15min after the start) but unfortunately, a large group before us had already finished most of what was offered, and the staff was hardly able to replenish the food. Finally, perhaps a small thing but despite a staff member showing us our cottage upon arrival, nobody was helping us drag our bags up and down the stairs...
The restaurant has excellent food!

The resort is located outside the main city. The room which was allotted to us was at the very end and one had to cross the road late in night with very few lights. The rooms were clean. However, the breakfast had very limited options and forcing guests to come as soon as possible so that they can close their business soon for the morning. They could have done better with spa facilities at the resort. Overall, the room was okay but since it was located at the very end it is difficult to locate the same during night.

IndiaNo Wifi in rooms. Wifi works only in the reception. Forget being able to watch your favourite movie with family, the rooms are too far from the common area, just to deliver a simple message, one needs to take a walk to the reception. The hotel managers were rude. We asked for check-out after 30 mins of arriving but were charged 35k for three rooms for the entire day. Would have liked them to be more empathetic and charge us less, since we had a genuine problem.
Rooms are big.
