We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

United KingdomShame the bar isn’t licensed. Take cap and goggles otherwise you can’t use the lovely pool.
This was an exceptional hotel. The best we have stayed in so far on our month trip. We had a beautiful, clean and comfortable room with a lake view. Wonderful bathroom with good shower. The staff were unbelievable in every way. So incredibly kind and helpful. The food was first class and they have a lovely rooftop restaurant. The location is great with lots to see nearby. Thoroughly recommended!

United KingdomEverything was very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the food in the restaurant was excellent, notably the biryanis. Our air-conditioned room was spacious and had a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good. Hotel offers a free shuttle between it and Berhampore Court railway station, but you need to request it in advance.

IndiaCons: The hotel is yet to receive the bar license. Therefore, alcohol lovers MUST carry their own booz & may consume inside the room.
Location: Excellent, just a km away from the Railway Station & approx. 750 mtrs from the central bus stand amidst serene Laal Dighi (Red Lake). One can have lovely morning walk the walking track surrounding that small lake Facilities: Comparable to any 3 star hotel or exceeds Staff: Amazingly courteous and helping Food: Superb Roof top Eatery & the swimming pool: Amazing architecture with a feel of an infinity pool (Small though). The roof top decor is out of the world (despite me being a global traveler in 5 star hotels Check in Process: Very smooth Complimentary pick up & Drop from the Railway station
