Loud blaring music by the shack next door until 5 am on the first night of our stay. Bathrooms can be upgraded a bit though.

Property is right on the beach, exactly as advertised in the photos. Staff is friendly, and prompt in the service.

The room allocated was not having a complete view as shown in the images. Only this room. I had booked one month before with an expensive price. Still The good room was not allocated. That was disappointing . Also no swimming pool and proper restaurant. If you ask for so much price then at least the restaurant or cafe should be there. I had an early checkout so did not get the breakfast which was included in the package.

The place was cosy and well airconditioned to cool off when weather was to hot. Also it made me connect with nature, beach and the local people. The cabin was simple yet sufficient. Enjoyed my stay.

- At around same price we get some 5 stars, so it's a bit expensive. - They don't sell beers, so have to go out everything to buy it.

The rooms were not value for money and the AC wasn't working well and had to sleep with fans on after paying 20.000 INR per night. The bathroom doors were trusted and couldn't close it. In general the room was not worth 20k at all. This is by no means. Resort. ..just 8 rooms and looks at beach ...hardly any place to walk around. Although I liked the staff, I wouldn't stay here again unless price is reasonable.

The room is very pricey…..The room didn’t have any tv… which is expected when you are paying 15k -16 k per night for the room…. There was a lot of power cuts during our stay….the beach is a little bit far away than the photos ….the food was also ok ok ….the out side area of the resort which was facing the sea was very dirty…lots of clogged up water and lot of garbage dump right out side the resort….it was not good to look at garbage first thing when get out the room to see the ocean….Couldn’t cross it to go to beach…. They should keep it clean for the sake of their customers… the dirty area can attract lot of mosquitoes….

Hard to reach and locate as it is in a by lane. The room and the bathroom was not clean and there were a lot of mosquitoes when we checked-in. Also charging a premium for location is okay as long as you can back it up with facilities which this property clearly does not.

No phones in the rooms. U have to go out of your room for everything u need (be it towels water etc). Their is no restaurant and their kitchen closes at 1pm. Breakfast options are very very less. So for each meal go out Cox there is no in house restaurant. The wifi doesn't work at all so it gets very irritating without internet coz on a vacation u would want to knoe of new places to visit etc n for everything net is needed n no TV in the rooms. We were traveling with baby n thought he would play with sand outside the room's balcony but he couldn't as that area is full of red ants.

We liked the location. The beach facing rooms were excellent The staff was just 1 for room cleaning n 1 for all other tasks but they were very polite and helpful.
