Break fast was good But very basic with only 5 to 6 varieties. Beautiful propert well with in the reach of all touriest destinations. I met only one staff he was very bussy.

Asked advance payment which was impossible to do because of cumbersome procedure which did not work. Confusion upon arrival because booking was unknown to staf. Management largely absent. Settling the Bill was another problem. Had to pay cash but did not get recept.

Property did not match the description on the booking site - several key elements were entirely absent. Room was rather unpleasant, did not seem secure and wasn't particularly clean. WEe did not stay having seen the accomodation. We were pestered repeatedly for payment before arrival by the admin team

The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. The overall ambiance of the place was great, but the towels were very rough and felt like paper. While we had a good stay, we found the pricing a bit on the higher side compared to the value offered.

I think the property was new so many drivers were not aware about the exact location but the staff was helpful in terms of guiding locals so that we can reach easily by cab/auto.

The property is at the location from where we can see entire city. Room and mainly bathrooms were very clean and hygiene was proper. Morning breakfast was good and tasty. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stayed at Lauriston Villa, Ooty, for two days and while the property itself was comfortable, I had a very disappointing experience regarding the billing process and customer service. Despite being informed that the tax was exempted in the final bill I received via email, I was forced to pay an additional ₹1.8k in taxes. This unexpected charge of around ₹2k in total left a very poor impression. Additionally, the service provided by Voye Homes was extremely disrespectful. They sent a blunt message stating, “final amount is this,” without any explanation or willingness to discuss the discrepancy. I chose to stop the conversation immediately, as I didn’t want to ruin the purpose of my visit, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer care was unacceptable. I hope both the property management and Voye Homes address these issues to improve their services for future guests.
