The pillows were too thick for a comfortable sleep and I slept without it. It was too late to request for a change and I didn't feel like bothering the staff. The hotel provides electric heater for tea/coffee but kitchen-made tea/coffee were not available during the day. The hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a stand-alone building and it may not be easy to locate the building easily. Google map does a fair job though. The complimentary breakfast was not so great either.

A nice play to stay close to HSR layout. We had booked a deluxe room through booking.com for 1 night and there were no hassles to check-in. The room that I stayed in appeared to be recently renovated and was in very clean shape (Room 208). The room was big in size, clean bed and clean bathroom. The staff were very responsive on every aspect.

Treebo Trend Kings Orchid felt like a sanctuary amidst the urban chaos. The warm and cozy ambiance made it feel more like a second home than a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast - a delightful array of local and international dishes. The room was spotless and provided all the amenities I needed. I booked as per the amount shown in booking.com...then Treebo asked to pay half amount..I paid the same amount..then they hiked the amount... asked for paying some Short amount again...I missed it...they cancelled the booking...how ridiculous it is after collecting the money they hike the rate then cancelling the booking.. pathetic

The breakfast selection was ok at best, the saving grace was eggs on demand otherwise it would have been quite difficult.

Really good rooms and overall a hidden gem, property is very well maintained from the inside, and staff are super friendly and helpful.

No food options, and no staff after 5 pm. Everything including TEA is not prepared inside it seems. The tea set and machine kept in the room can't be used, as the wires are TOO SMALL to reach the plugpoint!! Sad! your phone number is mentioned at the entry of the LIFT, what rubbish! it should be mentioned on various portals for customers' convenience. Who will call you after you reach the venue? The toll-free number of TREEBO nobody responds! I have shared an image of where you have displayed your hotel number, so funny!

What you show in images is NOT how your HSR layout hotel is. There are no spreads when it comes to food. None of the business channels are available! What's the use of business travel when the TVs don't have a network connection to even English news? Forget Business news channels. The tea-making set's wires are TOO small. How will one connect?
