Overall it's satisfied. Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience, made even more special by the view of Taj Mahal.

I recently stayed at Hotel Laxman Resort Agra. And it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was comfortable. The amenities were top-notch. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future. If I talk about food, it's too delicious. Thank you!

almost everything in the room was broken, the tap water was running in a thin stream, the window in the room overlooks the corridor, as a result, it was very noisy, and the cherry on the cake was a broken room key. We stopped by at night, so we took the money in the morning and moved to another hotel.

Room was very dirty. Washroom was not clean, taps were leaking,ac was not working well, jet shower was not working, towel was burnt.

The hotel needs renovation room walls are dirty with shoe printson them and bathroom had cockroaches and bathroom was not clean And and food was not good,staff behaviour was good but food was not good and service was there but had to call around 2-3 times to remind them

Well the name states Hotel Laxman Resort but one correction the owner must be doing is they should remove the word resort from the end. About the property it's located within 5kms to both Red Fort and Taj Mahal.Hotel Laxman Resort got couple of good restaurants within it's vicinity. Now coming to the main thing The Hotel. Well this was my second stint in this hotel in the last one year initially when I had come here the service was kinda good. But this time both the service and room quality has gone down the drain which I think they don't really care till the time they are getting customers and their money. Service side is too lethargic in delivering things to the customer. A simple phone call is not enough to order things they would make sure that the customer comes down till the reception atleast 2-3 times literally begging for the services. About the rooms pathetic state of condition. Soiled walls, tobacco stains on walls, dirty dustbins, bad linen, air conditioner and fans are dirty as hell, washrooms are worst paint tearing of the ceiling, broken/non functional faucets. Fail to understand how still this place has high ratings in literally all the booking places something really fishy. My verdict for this place not worth spending your money.

Location of the property nothing else apart from this. Booking you seriously need to look into the properties in your portal.

Service Cleanliness No curtain in our room Room is too small as compare to the pics showed on the website. They added the amount of even the normal RO water filled in our water bottel

It was my third stay at this hotel And each time I request them to improve the service but they didnt took it seriously. I am a frequent traveller to Agra but I will not stay there in future.

Photos which you people upload on website Upload them real one. Its showing good pictures when we go there its ruined everything. So.small room Ac , flush , fan regulator , lights, not working . I recomend to every tourists don't book this hotel. Price also so high. There is no lift no water. Just a worst experience.

Hotel restaurant price is too high. We went outside for food.
