TaiwanWhat I don't like is that the remote control may be broken. I can't control the air-conditioning switch myself. I have to call the front desk and ask them to turn on the air-conditioning. But I think this should be an individual case, that is, there happened to be a small problem with the room I stayed in.
I like how convenient it is, with the bus stop right next to it. It only takes two or three stops to reach the MRT station. I also like their restaurant, the food is delicious.

IndiaYour Staff are quite unprofessional. They do not know how to behave with a guest and even do not have the courtesy to wait to listen to the calls. They disconnect calls without completing the sentence of the guest from outside over the phone.

IndiaThe staff at the reception, the lady was very rude charging more money than what was quoted. She did not have any experience in customer service. Also not ready to explain the charges as she was not aware of the process or the procedures. They made the situation very hostile. The rooms were clean but the lobby was smelling foul probably due to bad ventilation. We had also booked the party hall for our engagement event, they turned off the AC and WIFI and locked the toilets when we were nearing the end time of the allotted slot. This is very unprofessional and very embarrassing as our guests complained about basic amenities such as the toilet being locked. After spending 1.5 lakhs in this venue I would recommend people to avoid this hotel at any cost and chose a more professional and customer focused venue for your events and room bookins

IndiaSmall room. At time I checked in I found the underwear and Banian used by the previous guest inside the wardrobe. Breakfast was not great Idali, vada and pongal. When I asked for dosa. They said no dosa. Not value for money. Poor house keeping. I stayed there for 2 nights. I ordered soup on day 1. Day 2 when i returned at night they never cleaned my room and clear the soup bowl .
Front office staff was good. Location is good.
