The only thing that we were a little off put by was the extra cost they charged for replacing the towels and extra water bottles other than the daily complimentary ones which were not clarified before so at the end of the stay that was just a little thing that we were not expecting. Other than that, everything was great.

Loved the room we got as my friends, and I were two girls traveling alone it was great and we had no problems commuting to all other places as the location was great. Would stay here again. The food was also tasty and good. The staff was super helpful and was readily available for any help needed

> Mis-communication by staff. I had to check out at 03.30 in morning and I had kept them informed about that. Inspite of that, I had to wait due to lack of clear communication and problem in the system. > TV channels were not working (Tata play was not charged) and so I could not watch cricket match !! > Almost no parking space for those who come with their own vehicle. > Its surrounded by residential area and no space to have a walk inside the premises.

- Approach from the business development manager Jovan was very welcoming and customer centric. - Location is suitable for those who want to stay in Indira Nagar. - It has a swimming pool (can not expect more in size) - 4103 suite room was quite good with a separate space to eat / study. - Availability of Gym (small), Spa and restaurant - Many options / variety and quantity in the room for preparing Tea (kettle)

Washrooms were not as per standard, fittings were loose. Water was very limited and was asked to pay for extra water.

I didn’t like the fact that the wifi was not good. We always had to stay in the sitting room to get the wifi. Otherwise it was not available. We did complain to the counter and we were informed that it is because we are using iPhones. However, I had a laptop which was not an Apple brand laptop and same issue with wifi. I am a student and I had online classes. Every time I had to pay and get data to be in class and in the room

approach road leading to the hotel was extremely narrow. also the taxi is not able to reach the lobby as very steep with some car already parked and made up of big block of stones as pathway so cant event drag our suitcases. R oms are dimly lit and curtains cannot be opened as we can see neighboring balconies. Staff need communication and english conversation training. to get warm water one has to keep the taps open for a long time as it is solar powered. toiletries not replaced and sometimes substituted with used ones.no water dispenser in room and only 4 water bottles were given as complimentary and extra charged.

Room 6102 and others on that floor should not be given to customers as the central water heater for the hotel is directly above the room, which leads to loud noise during the evening, at night and early morning. A good night sleep is not possible. My wish to change the room was denied with friendly excuses because the hotel was fully booked - no other compensation was offered. After the first night I requested a room change again wich was immediately denied again with the same “hotel full” excuse, but I checked and rooms were available on multiple online platforms. After I informed the staff about that they offered the room change to the 4th floor. Breakfast buffet was ok but if arriving around 9 am - only used, not cleaned and reequipped tables were available so you had to ask for cutlery and individually.

Replacement room was nice and quiet and modern. In general all the other staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Staff are really friendly and supportive. I would say they can improve the cleaning activities as the cleaning was not done properly unless with supervision.

The place is a very good place with friendly staff located around all you need shops and restaurants for family. We’ve stayed for 2 weeks and we were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen area. Although the hotel is 3 star but overall was very good.

The access road to the hotel is not very convenient. The service is a bit lacking, although the staff does try to be helpful. The rooms, although clean, can feel a bit claustrophobic. The worst part of the hotel was the food, which was not up to the mark at all.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, right next to Indiranagar. The rooms are clean and well done, and have most basic amenities. Overall, a decent value for money option if you wish to stay close to the city.

Barring the location, the approach and the lack of parking, this was a good hotel.

It is a little known but very good budget hotel. There was some difficulty finding it (it is actually right behind the Leela Palace) and the approach road was a bit wonky. The hotel room and services are very good. The staff are polite and the breakfast is decent. Not a very big spread but they do try to accommodate your needs as best they can.

sheets werent already clean and tv wasnt working. asked us to pay for dry cleaning stating some stains on the towels. The hotel charges to cover all such expenses and was silly to to ask guest to pay for getting the towels dry cleaned.

Kitchen was only opened between 7 to 10.30 pm. Exhaust fan of one of the washroom was not working and never got fixed. There is neither AC nor ceiling fan in living room of the suite.
