The service from the staff was very poor. TV doesn't work and when asked they replied will send a person at room to check which didn't turn up. Influencers discount wasnt given and prices are higher compared to online platform.

Room was neat and clean and AC was working well. Wifi got connected immediately. Food was good and tasty.

Unresponsive staff with no knowledge of what they are doing and lack of customer service . Pathetic is the one word to explain their fate in one word.

Breakfast was not too great , but manageable. Property is good but poorly managed and response for any complaint was unheard for hours together. Hope they improve in future

- This place is located quite far out from the city. - The wifi did not work. We asked the staff repeatedly about this. They said they will send somebody to fix it and never did. - I explicitly asked for a receipt for payment during check-in. They said they will provide this during check-out and when I asked during check-out they said they are not able to provide this.

- The premises is spacious and we could park our car right outside the apartment. - The breakfast was good

Late check-in due to key issues, no planned rooms for visitors. Delay in check-in. The reception staff doesn't respond for cleaning or room service.

Property is well constructed but not maintained properly. In spite of making multiple request for cleaning the room at second day, rooms were not cleaned. Food was terrible so beside breakfast, could not dare to have any other meal. Advertised as part of Pondicherry but this property is in Tamil Nadu on ECR road with beach distance of min 1.5 km by road (no private beach access from property) . we booked property under the assumption that it falls under Pondicherry territory and landed in Tamil Nadu. Also there is nothing available at least in 7-8 Km radius of property for eating and any other basis needs. with out vehicle its very hard to have access to basis decent outside eatery places and daily needs requirement.

Swimming pool was good but seeing lot of insects flying and swimming in the pool. Frustrated to throw them out when using pool. That’s the only concern but it was manageable.

It was clean and neat. Restaurant was good and they provided nice quality food. You have to compromise little bit on the quantity. Alex was too good to handle the guests. Overall good experience I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Restaurant staff who was there in the live counter was rude and he commented when people asked for omlete and he was asking everyone why u want more than one omlete. The crowd was more of families and they were taking for the whole family. Logically if the restaurant was worried on the quantity they can serve themselves and add additional charges, but the guy who was a north Indian was too rude and passing comments " how many omlete these people will eat. Reat all the other staff and people r trying to help the guests.
