There were cockroaches in the menu book when opened.

A good place to stay with reasonable price in North Goa. The staffs were of great help. The rooms were clean and closer to pool.

This hotel was outstanding in every way. The rooms were not only clean but beautifully decorated with thoughtful details. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of variety. Staff were attentive and made sure I had a comfortable stay.

The rooms were infested with small cockroaches. When asked for room change, they asked for extra charges. When I told them its there responsibilty to provide me clean room, they provided two options, one unclean room with stained bedsheets and next one was smelling like damp room. Choose the later with no other options. Next to the stairs to the room there is puddle of water which was stinking like sewage water and nobody bothered to clean it up.

The resort have good facilites but the maintenance was in very poor conditions. Staffs were cordial but the management was not good enough.

Amenities: Basic Amenities like shower gel, Towel(not clean), bed sheet not clean, Bathroom broken tiles/shower/door lock. Swimming Pool: damaged which caused injury with a deep cut. Not fit for swimming at all. Wifi: reachability issue. So, not a reliable place to work with. TV: Not recharged. Review is for almost both standard room and They really need to go through the room before handling it to the customer.

Location of hotel. The Bed, Noise Cancellation from outside room was perfect.

I called at the receiption and asked for water bottles at night, inspite of having their own restaurants, receptionist told me they dont have access to new bottles, asked me if i have empty bottles of those half litre complimentary bisleri, and fill it with the RO near reception, this is funny as well as shocking. they run a resort and have this kind of solutions to thirst.
