IndiaWonderful hospitality, clean and great food Situated close to the airport, we stayed two nights at Le Meridien and had a wonderful experience: the room was clean and spacious; breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a wide variety of different and tasty dishes. The swimming pool was big, clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular we like to mention the support we received from Anandhi: much appreciated!

IndiaThe water quality was poor, and the bathroom water was yellow. I let the front desk know, but didn't hear anything positive. It was too late so that we couldn't do anything. Same next day morning too. I felt the front knew this bit just ignored. It is not expected from Le Meridien. I stayed with them before, too, but never experienced.

IndiaThe services from staff could have been a little better. Had to do multiple calls and follow-ups for some basic room services. I was later said that they were occupied due to some ongoing event. It’s understandable, but not acceptable to their standards.
Excellent property, clean and neat. In room amenities were really good. The room was spacious. Location is prime. Food was excellent too. Room services were lil slow and not on par with the rest of the luxury offerings. Overall it’s a 8.5/10.

South KoreaIn the room, there looks some sticky trace on the surface of door. That feel like improperly cleaning. And smell some mold from centrallised air conditioning system. It needs to be regularly cleaned inside.
It has 4 restaurants so that giving customer various selection. It was very nice in that point. Furthermore, the kindness of all staff members was good as well.

United KingdomPoor maintenance is an issue. Our room had a broken door security catch, a metal trim piece not fixed to the desk top and left in a dangerous condition and number of misaligned doors. All issues which are so easily fixable. The swimming pool was amazing but the staffing for issue of towels and lifeguard duty were non existent.
The food in the Latest Recipe was excellent with a huge variety of cuisines. The staff were attentive and this was one of the best parts of our two day stay.
