Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We arrived late, and could still order food on room service. Room was very nice and modern, excellent bathroom. Breakfast buffet with lots of of variety

Wonderful hospitality, clean and great food Situated close to the airport, we stayed two nights at Le Meridien and had a wonderful experience: the room was clean and spacious; breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a wide variety of different and tasty dishes. The swimming pool was big, clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular we like to mention the support we received from Anandhi: much appreciated!

The hotel is situated at one end of the city and so every trip to the city took a lot of time , especially when traffic is heavy ... The hotel bathroom was damp and a wee bit slippery....
The food was good .Breakfast options were plenty and the room size was big and spacious

The water quality was poor, and the bathroom water was yellow. I let the front desk know, but didn't hear anything positive. It was too late so that we couldn't do anything. Same next day morning too. I felt the front knew this bit just ignored. It is not expected from Le Meridien. I stayed with them before, too, but never experienced.

the room is ok, big and clean but my room is a bit far from lift, walk around 3 minutes hotel vibes is good and location is also good for business not far from Airport and near local market and super market. the breakfast also ok with variety of food.

1. Second night, paid more than the quoted price as the hotel was full and this was not negotiable and no prior warning was given 2. Room 3020, the bathroom trash can needs to go and the desk chair must be replaced - these 2 items are lowering the standard of the fine room

there is always a room for betterment # for example, someone should be available as a connect between the guests and the facilities available - in other words a designated person who can call up asking "whether everything is fine with guest inside the property or any assistance needed etc.,"

Everything was good except for couple of items like foot stool at the bath tub which was missing, though its mentioned that it is available. Checked with service team and they mentioned that it is not available. This might be an issue when you have small kids.

The services from staff could have been a little better. Had to do multiple calls and follow-ups for some basic room services. I was later said that they were occupied due to some ongoing event. It’s understandable, but not acceptable to their standards.
Excellent property, clean and neat. In room amenities were really good. The room was spacious. Location is prime. Food was excellent too. Room services were lil slow and not on par with the rest of the luxury offerings. Overall it’s a 8.5/10.

The breakfast at the Meredian is absolutely amazing. the staff is helpful and the spread is fabulous. The entire staff from the doorman to the reception and people at the restarants are very helpful and friendly

In the room, there looks some sticky trace on the surface of door. That feel like improperly cleaning. And smell some mold from centrallised air conditioning system. It needs to be regularly cleaned inside.
It has 4 restaurants so that giving customer various selection. It was very nice in that point. Furthermore, the kindness of all staff members was good as well.

Poor maintenance is an issue. Our room had a broken door security catch, a metal trim piece not fixed to the desk top and left in a dangerous condition and number of misaligned doors. All issues which are so easily fixable. The swimming pool was amazing but the staffing for issue of towels and lifeguard duty were non existent.
The food in the Latest Recipe was excellent with a huge variety of cuisines. The staff were attentive and this was one of the best parts of our two day stay.

Service was slow from the Housekeeping staff and the engineering staff.
Breakfast fare was fine. Staff were very helpful and catered to our needs. Location is very good for someone who doesn't want to enter the city and live on the outskirts and get back.
