There is no contact phone number. Difficult to contact them. Also, though booking.com confirmed that there was a free cancellation till Dec25th, the hotel sent mail Immediately after booking asking for a non-refundable amount of 50% to be transferred to a person’s name (Gayathri P).

No proper maintenance in management of the guest bookings. The rooms were not allotted as per our bookings. There was multiple requests to adjust the changes. It was evident that other guests too had the same issues. Also prices were too high for this type of rooms. Rooms are good, but not worth this much paying.

Location of the hotel and staff professionalism were good. Rooms were decent and nice to stay for family. Swimming pool was an added attraction.

Asked for little more time for checkout which preferable as of now every hotels or resorts provided even this property too bit the person was a bit straight forward. Need to be a bit clean which was missing.

It is not worth the money and no breakfast at hotel. They just get 1-2 items from hotel and parcel you to the room.

There was no buffet. They just orders from some local hotel and serve you in the room. This is the worst part of this hotel.

No proper service,manager has lots of attitude,he don’t talk properly with non-tamilians. No heater in washrooms when we asked manager he said it is under repair but he didn’t gave us alternate solution.

The front desk team denied to give us rooms, even when we had a reservation, saying rooms were soldout. On demanding an explanation he called to his manager and passed on the phone to me where I denied to speak. I don't know whether it was technical glitch or intentional, we got stuck at night in heavy rain before finding an alternative. Worst experience.

The last time we visited the place we had a good experience. Based on which we suggested our friends to stay here. But it was a complete disaster from the time of check in. Proper rooms were not alloted. And the alloted rooms weren't clean. There were ants all over the place. Walls had moulds. Bathroom door broken. Sewage water was coming out of drain whenever the sink was used and there was sewage smell. House keeping not done regularly. No bedsheets changed, No fresh towels were given. Cleaning had to be requested everyday. The sewage water from bathroom was informed to them but they just kept saying plumber will come in the morning please don't use the sink and adjust for tye night. We adjusted through this the entire stay. Worst experience ever. Everytime we asked them for anything the answer would by No. Even complementary water bottles were not given, which was supposed to be given even before asking. Overall disappointment.

This is the 'Fawlty Towers' of Pondicherry. Management was incompetent & inept. Manager not available to check us in at 1pm, I had to fill in the Register, cleaning lady showed us to the room. Manager repeatedly demanded I produce evidence that I paid 95% for the room. Had to show the Manager (Xavier) his WhatsApp confirmation. Lifts don't exist/work the only toilet in the world where you can take a crap and have a shower at the same time and smelly. Disappointing.

Location was good wth close access to the Auroville Beach (dirty and being encroached by the local fishermen's huts, pity some individuals use this beach as their toilet facilities. Disappointing, Pondicherry Govt must do something about it.

The location is far from the beach , the hotel was dirty and the food wasn’t good . Didn’t have anything other than bed and a table in the room .

Probably one of the best properties around the area. Very reasonable price for the facilities offered. Clean rooms and bathrooms, 24/7 hot water, food on call and the best part was the pool with sea view! We loved the pool very very much!! Cherry on the cake was The service and the staff. Absolutely amazing. Especially Xevier. He went above and beyond to help us with everything. Assisted us with all the requests without any hesitation. Absolute gem ❤️. Thank you for all that you did for us during our stay.. We loved it. Will surely recommend this place.
