IndiaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Shiv Executive Suite in Theni, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The comfortable beds and modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, made my stay very pleasant. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options. I highly recommend Le Shiv Executive Suite for anyone visiting Theni, Cumbum and Kumily. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

IndiaThe main thing that was bad is the road which leads to the hotel. It was filled with gravel rocks and sand with bikes parked on both sides of the road not leaving you much place to move to and from, it was uncomfortable. The toilet, wash basin and faucet had poor design as they have water leaking out of them sometimes.
The room was comfortable, everything was clean and neat. prime location. The car parking was covered. The staff service was pretty good. They tended to all our needs.

IndiaThey just cancelled our booking and reallotted the property to someone else used a different booking platform, possibly at a higher rate. Worst, they never called us to tell that the booking has been cancelled despite telling them that we will arrive a bit late. All this, after sending us a confirmation mail. The booking.com clearly told us that no prepayment is needed and they said it should have been done to confirm booking. Overall, just a poor place and never trust those guys. Booking.com kindly relook into your ties with them, else you will also get a bad name.

IndiaThere are many things I didn’t like about the property. Despite providing details on Booking.com, I had to fill in the details form at midnight after arriving and we had a small kid (~4 months of age). There were mosquitoes in the room and the room was very dirty and had torn cushions provided to us. Air conditioning was not working properly. The room boy came into the room after we settled into the room and asked for the remote controller of the air conditioning and told that there is only one remote controller for two rooms, which is absurd. When asked, he told us that we can set the temperature and it will be alright. The fan regulator was not working. There were match sticks on the floor. The floor mat outside the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. There was foul smell inside the cupboard and the sheets were not tidy. There was a kettle in the room, but no glasses or coffee/tea makers or things to make them even though they are mentioned in amenities. The parking associated with the hotel is somewhere and not in front of the hotel.
