IndiaBreakfast options can be improvised. The mattress was not cotton, it was generating heat to the body, making me uncomfortable to sleep. Have mosquito coil in the outdoor seating area in the evenings. Somebody had dinner in the room and left the dishes outside my door. It was lying there since I returned my room at evening 9 PM until next day I left to work 8 AM.
In a less crowded area. Clean rooms House Keeping and maintenance immediately addressed a request.

KuwaitI had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. I had booked and paid in advance for two nights as I was in town to drop my daughter at her hostel for her education. I had my daughter’s luggage with me, and when I was leaving to drop her off, the two reception staff — one dark-skinned and one fair-skinned gentleman — were extremely rude and unprofessional. They stopped me and asked, “Where are you going? You can’t go like that.” I was shocked, as I had already paid for my stay. I explained I was just dropping off my daughter, but their tone and attitude were humiliating and completely unacceptable. This experience left me feeling disrespected and very upset. I would never recommend this hotel and will certainly never stay here again.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast was really poor - very limited options, and what was there was not up to the usual standards expected from Lemon Tree. The hotel as a whole, the facilities, look to be in need of maintenance/upgrade. And importantly, the front desk staff was very poor. Since the Ola/Uber strike was going on, I found it difficult to get to the airport. The person at the desk offered no assistance of any sort. Overall, the experience I faced from the team, although it was not expressly rude, did not leave me feeling satisfied.
