Quality and variety of breakfast needs to be improved. The fruits and salad should be better.

Sometimes guests are noisy, so if you could upgrade door insulation, room would be quieter More pegs required for hanging clothes in bathrooms, also towel rods. Shelves for clothes in the cupboards. One additional waste basket required near tea table. Reception area is a little dull, could be improved.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of products. Hotel was clean and staff was very polite. Liked the staff at the breakfast venue particularly. Quiet rooms. Nice view from the rooms

The place is good and the ambience is excellent. I really appreciate the excellent support extended by Mr.Rehman. He helped me make it special for my friend who was celebrating her birthday, by sending a delicious Birthday Cake right on time! Appreciate this gesture by your wonderful staff.

You can give a welcome drink. I waited for some time while the room was getting ready. It would have felt nice to have been given a soothing drink after a long connecting flight.

Breakfast had variety. Something from the local cuisine could have been included. The staff was specially nice. They were courteous and very caring.

Free upgrade was a bonus. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were great. Staff were courteous. Hassle-free check in and check out. Room was great. Bathroom was very clean and the towels were fantastic. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the changing room was very clean.

Room service can be improved. Also the food menu can be elaborated inline with modern cuisine.

The room was spacious and very clean. I was staying on the 10th floor and the view i could get from the bay window was brilliant. Sir out made within the bay window was very good.

1.Facing some issues with Wifi and Mini bar is not present in the room. Already imformed the staff regarding the same they just say SORRY ! not done anything. 2.Food was not good in taste. 3.Less menu for Vegetarians in main course

Wifi did not work straightaway, took a couple of hours by the time it was made to work. After that, it worked fine. If more than one person is occupying a room, each one should get an access card by default. This is needed, as lift/room/floor access is controlled by the access card.

Breakfast was good and the selection available was quite wide.

The water bottles at the tables during meal times weren't clean, the stoppers had fungus on them, when we opened one to drink. Service is half n half really depends on who you get. Checkin felt a little half hearted, might well have been the person we got. Normally at Hotels checkin they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Lady gave us a room on the smoking floor, didn't even ask us if we were OK with that, went upto the room and then had to change rooms. A little finese would really enhance the hotel for me.

The property is beautifully maintained and is at a great location. The best part is the staff. Mr Sandip and Prasad from Slounge and every member of Citrus cafe were amazingly helpful. Mr Biswajeet who is the chef also made a curated local cuisine for.

There is a need to add more items in food lists. Toiletries was not provided adequately and separately for three guests. As the hotel staffs knows three guests are coming so they didn't manage to give us separate towels and other essentials. No beverages were placed into the refrigerator. While booking the room it is shown mini bar will be placed in the room. We didn't find out anything. During check-in there was a confusion raised by the hotel staff which was all wrong. According to them, one is extra person we have to pay extra 1500 plus 28 percent gst. If not then, one person couldn't able to eat breakfast..

Ambience was splendid, room was also fine, buffet system was so-so.
