We needed taxis/airport drops and the hotel staff faced a little difficulty arranging it. They did manage it in the end but it took a lot of effort. Being so close to the airport, many guests will be going to and from the airport. Therefore this facility (taxi/airport drop) should be strengthened.

Very conveniently located to Pune airport. Food quality is good and the staff helpful. Rooms are good too.

The distance to the airport was great which made our trip super smooth and easy. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff was extremely helpful too, thanks to them we managed to get great food in the middle of the night.

The Lobby is very small. The food in the Restaurant is Exorbitantly charged for Very Substandard quality of FOOD.

Location is OK. I did not have the opportunity to have Breakfast as I had to leave Early. I had asked for some B.F. to be Packed & given. They packed & gave the Qt was so meager for 2 we had to have 2nd B.F on the way in another location.

Breakfast was nice and functional .one day Amul butter ran out and we were given some margarine which we dot eat and next day the apples were over so generally these fruits and butter items could have been better stocked but other than that the experience of staying was good and shriya in the f&b and shubham in front office reception were very good and service oriented
