The lift and the access was downright eerie and it took us at least 20 minutes to understand the lift was working. The owners didnt pick up calls then. Else everything else was decent.

I did not received any accomodation even after conversation on the phone with staff.When i reached over there they told me we do not have any room vacant.But still one room was showing available on Booking.com.I text to the hotel staff that i will come and agree to pay before check in.Bad experience

The hotel is tiny and located in 4th floor of a really old shady building. There are literally only two people managing hotel, the people staying here are also shady. When we arrived washroom had not been cleaned, not even the toilet had been flushed at least neither was the bed linen changed. Even after multiple times asking for the same it was not done. Instead of bottled water, we were given tap water in a used and old mineral water bottle which looked so dirty we couldn't even touch it. I understand its a budget hotel but these are basic expectations of hygiene. Not at all recommended for families.

It's a wasteful hotel. It is not what it seems. Don't judge from the photos. The staff is very poor. Room was not available even after I made advance payment. And given a small room in the same price. Reception staff is very rude.They told me that I can't do anything as you have made an advance booking. You can go if you don't want to. Booking.com company should do something. Not clean, small rooms, dirty bed sheets.Very bad hotel.

NO RESTAURANT FACILITY AVAILABLE. ON-REQUEST/DEMAND ONLINE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE, I DIDN'T AVAIL THAT. BUT OPPOSITE THE LEO HOTEL 100M/200M DISTANCE TWO RESTAURANTS ARE THERE. BEFORE CHECKING IN I "HAD TO" PAY RS 500.00 AS TOKEN CONFIRMATION, BUT WHILE BOOKING MY "ÜSED FILTER" WAS "NO PAYMENT" AND NO "CREDIT CARD". I MESSAGED TO THE PROPERTY "TRIP CONFIRMED". BUT THAT MODE OF COMMUNICATION DIDN'T WORK.

LOCATION JUST ADJACENT TO MAIN ROAD AND CROSSING. THE ROOM WAS NEAT AND CLEAN, AS A DOUBLE BED IT'S SUFFICIENT SPACE. I WAS THERE 10 HRS, I CAN TELL ROOM NO 402 ONLY. I AM HAPPY WITH MY STAY,
