IndiaThe hotel is tiny and located in 4th floor of a really old shady building. There are literally only two people managing hotel, the people staying here are also shady. When we arrived washroom had not been cleaned, not even the toilet had been flushed at least neither was the bed linen changed. Even after multiple times asking for the same it was not done. Instead of bottled water, we were given tap water in a used and old mineral water bottle which looked so dirty we couldn't even touch it. I understand its a budget hotel but these are basic expectations of hygiene. Not at all recommended for families.

And given a small room in the same price. Reception staff is very rude.They told me that I can't do anything as you have made an advance booking. You can go if you don't want to. BEFORE CHECKING IN I "HAD TO" PAY RS 500.00 AS TOKEN CONFIRMATION, BUT WHILE BOOKING MY "ÜSED FILTER" WAS "NO PAYMENT" AND NO "CREDIT CARD". I MESSAGED TO THE PROPERTY "TRIP CONFIRMED". BUT THAT MODE OF COMMUNICATION DIDN'T WORK.
LOCATION JUST ADJACENT TO MAIN ROAD AND CROSSING. THE ROOM WAS NEAT AND CLEAN, AS A DOUBLE BED IT'S SUFFICIENT SPACE. I WAS THERE 10 HRS, I CAN TELL ROOM NO 402 ONLY. I AM HAPPY WITH MY STAY,
