No Proper Bedsheets. Dirty Bedsheets. Drain Problem in Washroom

The location is hard to get to. Necessary toiletries was not included also food was burnt when served. I feel it was overpriced for what it offered

It was quite and Nobody bother us until it was absolutely necessary. Staff was polite.

Morning breakfast was no buffet system. We stayed for 3 nights but faced inconvenience in the bathroom, where bathed water is not draining. Everyday we faced to stand in the little stagnated water while go to bath & toilet. Ladies faced very bad experience in bathroom. Wash sink tap always leaking and while turning for cold water, tap used to close and cold water won't come. T.V. sound used to get off frequently. Every time we called the reception to rectify this issue. While checking out we conveyed our frustration and requested to concentrate on the customer care.

Staff of the property were very kind and willing to extend any help to the visitors. They were always willing to provide breakfast in the room but we used to go the restaurant. Restaurant has no buffay system.

They had give my booked room to some one else . So I got non view room no phone in room . It was very difficult .

Breakfast was good, I was in 3002 room ground floors . But I book top floor .for best view . I come late so they had given my booked room some els .it is not fair already I booked for 4 nite .if I late come but they want give me my room .so this was very disopitment for meThere was no phone for room service. If I want anything I personally want to go reception for my requriment

The complimentary breakfast was below average. They only served idli for all three breakfasts. The second day’s idli, sambar, and chutney were from the previous day. The breakfast was not buffet. The idli was served as if they were doing a favour. Had to order coffee and tea separately.

The room and location were fine. The service was not bad. The staff were great.

We booked room for 3 people for which we paid extra also, still we didn't get a big room or no extra bed was provided, only extra mattress was provided for which we didn't have space in the room

I went here with my mom (70) and got the jackpot in bad rooms. I had called support get more details about the place before booking and they confirmed that the rooms were equipped with room heater but on reaching, the manager said they don't have any such facility. With temperature at 8°c and my room with 2 huge windows (one on the left side of the bed as seen in property photos and another near the head board. The room is on 1st floor and the roof is thin - water overflowing from the overhead tank gave me a feeling like I was inside of a kid's drum. The stay was an experience I don't want to relive. To top it all on the last day, they started painting and the workers were walking around in my balcony peeping into my room.

Staff was friendly and responded fast to room service.

And room was dusty in wardrobes,in kettles .. coffe cup was smelling and pillows was also smelling.. and they didn't provide any toiletries brush soap .. shampoo they kept in old used box.... And there was not a hot water vry bad ...for hot water wnt to wait till mrng vry bad service.... There no room service they said no service... Waste money

We booked two rooms with etra bed for one day, but we received nearly 10 calls from somewhere for payments and reaching time. We paid half payment but they threatened us to cancel our booking if we reach befor 6 pm. We got two rooms on different sides of the hotel even though we asked for them to be nearby because of the single family. Bed sheets in these rooms were not cleaned, as they were used several times with different guests. Actually our plan was to stay two days, but we ran away from there. Rooms and toilets were not cleaned; they smelled, and at night no hot water was available.

Staff asked to pay as cash first, then agree you pay mostly card but 600 cash, maybe he put in his pocket. No hot water, no toileteries, dirty bedsheets, pillow cases as used previously.

Good Wifi and window view were the only 2 things were ok
