Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room tariffs are on the higher side as per facilities , over hyped by the so called INFLUENCERS... Kindly visit there and then final your bookings.

Property campus ( No swimming pool available) Fridge inside the room was making irritating noise which disturbs my sleep.

The Staff at the Reception should also fluent in English. There was no room for office as well as a senior staff to attend the Guests as well as their grievances.On the check in they put to wait for 2 hours without alloting rooms. No proper locking facilities. The water heater was not working. On the 3rd day your staff shifted our belongings to a uncleaned room without our permission when we were in a beach. They very much degraded us.It is an insult. No one was ready to say sorry. We will not recommend your place to our friends circle.
The menu shall be added with some other South Indian dishes. It was only a routine menu with 4 items

The pictures they show you are about 30 years old, who the place looked clean and beautiful But know it's filthy and dirty, the tables and chairs are more black then original white

Everything. I sent them a message that we were going to be late because of a flight delay but they didn't read it, so they cancelled our booking! Rooms weren't that nice.... certainly not what the pictures on Booking.com have on their website. The electricity was on and off so no A/C of fans. They kept turning on and off all night and alarms going off. We checked out the next morning
Not much, the staff did their best to help us.

As seen on the photos of the property there’s day beds on the beach but these were missing this year (2023) due to government legislation
Beach front, excellent food, couldn’t help enough….they even subscribed to Star Sports so I could watch premier league football in the bar

The staff behaviour, Wi-Fi was not working and also the Television was working but there was no setup box or cable to watch , they said it works on Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi connectivity was not there for the entire stay, the bathroom was bad , no one cleaned the room for our entire stay, inspite of informing the reception about the TV and Wi-Fi they were unable to fix it
The location of the property excellent , only 300-400 meters for the beach , there are many shacks in front of the hotel,view is very good

Manager of the Hotel was highly uncooperative and location of the property is not easily traceable. I would not recommend it at all.

Run down, shower didn’t work, toilet didn’t work, bed was rock hard, breakfast was terrible with flies all over the food and terrible selection with zero staff service. We weren’t in a good location and money definitely needs to be spent on the hotel to upgrade it. I would not recommend it at all. it was extremely expensive for what we got.
They tried to accommodate us and transfer us to a different hotel but it was in a worse location

Very good stay Had really pleasant stay in lillywoods. food was really tasty. Staff is really well trained. Room were really big and clean. bathroom are also clean no smelly.Highly recommend to everyone.
