We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaThere were no hand towels plus no towels when I arrived and as I finished my shower realised no towels but it was addressed immediately. The foot towel was dirty but that was also replaced immediately. Attention to cleaning the floors needs addressing by house keeping. The restaurant staff need to keep their voices down and need to be told. Food good and very reasonable.

Indialong wait in the reception for check-in morning, they consider only checkout on priority.
Location was good and I would request the team if they can allow 1-2hrs early so that we have a proper sleep for 6-8hrs. we do stay only for 12hrs or less than this time. please consider my request, I am a frequent traveller and would love to book every time when I am this city.
