There were no towels, and it took almost 5 hours to get the towels because they said they had sent it to laundry and they could not reach the laundry guy. Rooms were old, and the balcony was dirty and dusty. The bathroom sinks and pipes have water stain and rusty.

IndiaOne of the unhygienic and stinkiest place in the whole city. The toilets were very badly maintained, the rooms were very dusty and not cleaned at all, the quilt was as dirty as the floor, there were stains from previous users, had requested to clean, no go. And asked to clean the dust from the beds but no one turned up, though the receptionist promised to send a house keeping. The landline phones don’t work. Highly recommended not to stay here if you are concerned about the hygiene. And above all they ask you to pay in full before your stay as you won’t be able to cancel the stay.

India1. The room shown in the picture contains a small living space and a bed sofa. But the room which we got is not the same. The hotel staffs said they will give that room based on first come first serve basis which is pure absurdity 2. Rooms are not clean. It was a nightmare to me that I stayed one night with 1 year toddler. Even the cigarette waste leftover by previous guest were not cleaned. It smelled bad and terrific 3. Lift was switched off after 9 pm and they asked us to climb down 3 floors 4. There is no private parking space. U just have to park on the road just opposite to the Central railway Station but in online booking site they claimed they have private parking space

IndiaThe hotel is located in a busy area so a bit of traffic noise can be heard which eventually subsides after 7 - 8 pm. Cant complain as its actually thing for a solo woman traveller and for getting transportation 24/7.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Liza Regency Hotel & Restaurant in Chennai, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were immaculate, demonstrating their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. As a solo woman traveler, I felt completely safe and secure in their environment. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to 24/7 transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend Liza Regency to everyone, including women, families, and business travelers. It's truly a gem in Chennai!
