For eating the restaurants are pretty much far, so unless you have your own vehicle, it will be difficult to get your food.

The wifi connection kept getting disconnected and there was a poor Vodafone network in the area

The place was good value for money. It was a quiet peaceful location away from the more touristy areas. The owners and staff, especially Nakul, were very helpful.

There is nothing to dislike about this charming, relaxed guesthouse and it's staff.

We arrived at dawn - much earlier than I had expected and Pauls staff could not be more helpful. They even gave us a choice of rooms which was unexpected. Such a wonderful place to stay in nature with such a relaxed lifestyle. On leaving Paul and his staff came out to say goodbye with hugs all round - had a lump in my throat as we pulled away. Book now - you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful! A beautiful family owned villa with huge rooms in a lovely setting. Upon arrival we were met by Suresh & Nakuil who instantly made us feel welcome - they were very helpful during our stay and arranged hire of a scooter and and taxi to our next destination. We had two rooms, a delightful room on the ground floor that had a balcony area overlooking the garden and an equally lovely room with a balcony on the top floor . The rooms were immaculate clean as were the bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic - there's a roof terrace which we used or you can have breakfast in your room. There's a beautiful beach that's about 10-15 mins walk away - no loud music blaring out from anywhere and a load of decent places to eat. I'd highly recommend this place

We had a very good time with Lobos stay in .The rooms were very spic and span and spotless. We reached on 24 Dec and Mr Lobo welcomed us .He is really a very grounded person .we never felt that we are in a new place .the stay was so homely and friendly.Good peaceful environment with nearby restaurants and beaches .The breakfast was also very sumptuous. Our 8 year-old son was so happy that he was feeling to stay there for the rest of his life even we as his parents thought the same. Chapels and churches are also nearby ,overall it was a blessed experience. It is worth recommending.even cycles and bikes are easily available

It was really nice and it has so much wildlife beautiful kingfishers buzzards peacocks on the back garden herons and even a monkey on our balcony so we have no complaints except to say if they built a swimming pool pool they would up their game!

A quiet beautiful location ideal for families. We were so happy to spot a variety of wildlife around the property. The staff- Suresh and the owners Mr and Mrs. Lobo were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be returning very soon!

Need and clean the housekeeper are well behaved & the location is quiet, with a natural environment. If there was a self cooking kitchen material available in the room it will be 100% well done. I would recommend it. If i ever visit South Goa in the near future i would be happy to book the same

Absolutely everything ❤️...I was dropped off early hours, and was warmly greeted by a young man. He showed me 2 rooms i had a choice of , which was great. My room was spacious, the shower room too, and had a little kitchen area, with fridge, kettle, cups and glasses. Everything was spotlessly clean, it was excellent ! 👌 The balcony was again spacious and overlooked the road . I met the owner the next day , Paul, and he asked me if everything was ok, if i needed anything etc. So kind, friendly, couldnt do enough for you throughout my stay. I was lucky enough to meet his family, and they were wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough of them and the guest house, and my stay. Also the rooms are cleaned every day, and fresh towels...I would give this place of stay 11 out of 10 if i could. Exceptional..

Nothing to dislike about Lobo's

The hotel is away from urbanisation yet is just a walk away from a village with a good selection of shops , buses pass through the village every 15 minutes or so . Great location .

There wasn't anything I didn't like. A TV in the room would be a bonus.

The room was comfy and clean and offered everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The staff are very happy to assist in any way they can. The location was perfect for my needs. A short 15 walk to the beach. 10 minutes to walk to find a couple of restaurants and a 15-minute taxi ride to get to Cavelossim for more choice of shops and restaurants. Great value for money.
