Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing I can come up with
The words are not enough to describe my experience staying at Luho penthouse. The staff here is amazing. Perhaps they are the best thing about the property. They are always on their toes to help you out for anything you ask for. Pankaj, Ajeet and Amul cooks amazing home style food with sincerity and honesty. I have never felt and food related discomfort here. It was clean healthy and tasty. These guys can make anything you ask for. Poha, Omelette, cheela, pancakes, chicken, dosa…anything. You will not find this quality in food anywhere nearby. I stayed for a week and it was the best stay I ever had in any category.

We booked the penthouse and celebrated my birthday in the property. It was an absolute delight where Pinto and his team helped with all the arrangements and were hospitable to the greatest level. About the property, i feel the pictures don't do justice to the actual place as it is a hidden gem located at the heart of Koramangala, with the interiors done up beautifully and place was spic and span.

+ Had a very comfortable stay @ Luho 41 penthouse. The room was very spacious & Clean, making me feel like home, away from home. The buttler Pankaj, cooked delicious food. Both & Kundan made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease, truly making it @ Home.

Can’t complain
Everything. But if I had to pick the standouts, it would be service, interiors, and price. Service listed at the top because from the moment we arrived the butler, Kundan was there to go above and beyond for us. You can request his help with anything and he’ll get it done

I really like their overall service. The staff is cooridal, ready to help you out for anything that's needed, the property is clean and had all the basic amenities.I also have to say that the food they make is simple and nice(worth it, rather than ordering in).

The wifi can be improved.
The location is brilliant, the property is mind-blowing. The facilities are very adequate. Super comfortable and very clean. Kundan, the property caretaker, is awesome and super helpful and caring. His diligent service made the stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for short and long term stay.

The property is very well maintained, and the staff consisting of Mr. Pinto and Mr. Kundan are very professional and caring. I had to leave for my flight at 5 am, Mr Kundan prepared my breakfast at 4:30 in the morning. Exceptional service!

A very tastefully maintained property with a huge decorated terrace - it gave the feel of a home. The staffs Kundan and Pintu were extremely courteous and helpful with an ever smiling face to make the guest's stay comfortable. Special call out to both Kundan and Pintu- thanks.

A very clean and well maintained property with very good and attentive staff to attend to your requests ( breakfast , laundry, and various other sundries ). There’s easy access to different parts of the city and has all amenities close by. Overall an excellent property.

The kitchenette does not come with the room. It is a big house with a common kitchen, which is where the staff cook meals. The smell from the kitchen was very bad. The property has 3 rooms with a common hall, terrace and the kitchen. Other guests can access these common rooms In my case the guests were on the terrace making noises, talking in the middle of the night.(10 PM- 4 AM) The bathroom was stinking which they tried to conceal using the room freshener. They just give you a lock for a storage room but there is no lock for the room itself. It always felt like anybody could open the room from outside. Less secure. No locker facility. The window doors were rattling during the night. Too much light from the hall at the night. Noisy when other guests open the door. Breakfast is simple and okay. They just make one item of what you ask for like Aloo Paratha, Gobi Paratha, Idli, Dosa, etc. Overall less privacy and security. And noisy and smelly.
Spacious Terrace. Good for walking. Big Room with Netflix, Smart TV. Nice chair with big table for working Hair dryer Big and comfy Bed Friendly staff

Pricing of lunch and dinner was a bit exorbitant.
The location is good. The property was well maintained - in fact, very beautiful. Staff was accomodating and friendly.They were flexible with check-in timings as well, which was a great plus.
