Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would've been nice to have the whole place to yourself, instead of sharing with other guests as you would want privacy. The property only rents out rooms. There are three rooms. So, if you are booking it, book the whole place.
The caretaker was very attentive to our asks. He made some really good food as well. Room and bathroom was clean.

It is difficult to find as it doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside however once you get your bearings it is great and is in a central location
The apartment is peaceful, contemporary on the inside, newly renovated and pristine clean. I enjoyed relaxing there. The manager of the place Mukesh was helpful, attentive and cooked a great breakfast which was inclusive.

One night, the security guard unknowingly locked the gate before we arrived, but Mukesh resolved it promptly and helped us get inside the building. It was less than 5 minutes of waiting time at the gate.
The breakfast was a-la-carte and super delicious. The butler Mukesh gave it his fullest to make us delicious indian and european breakfast. We were super happy with the fresh chai and coffee as well. The best part was that he also strove to make our breakfast healthy by serving us yogurt and fruits every single time. He was also impeccable at making parathas. The building looked old from the front facade, but the apartment was renovated and had no problems whatsoever. It has a quirky, modern look and the rooms were big and comfortable. We were also adviced on the best places to eat and see in the area. The stay was truly a value for money at 3350 INR per night! I can recommend this property without any doubt, as we were personally attended to, unlike when at a big hotel.

I cannot complain
The property is great. The Butler Mukesh took extra care. A special thanks to Mukesh. His cooking was excellent he was able to give whatever I preferred for breakfast.

It's a room in a 3 BHK. So you will not have complete privacy in the living room or balcony which is shared.
The place was and the facilities were top notch, including the toiletries. The Butler, Mukesh made some amazing breakfast. In a very pretty part of town.
