The photos of the rooms are fake, the rooms look totally different. I contacted the owner before arriving and they told me the name of the hotel is not Luxury Stays Hauz Khas but Royal Palace. The location was different as well. My room didn't have a key/lock, so I complained and they changed it. The bed sheets were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned. I asked for the free airport transfer, they said it's not available. Honestly, you don't get what you've booked, this is a scam.

The staff ordered a taxi for me at night, this was very helpful.

The behaviour and hospitality of the staffs was awesome. The rooms are great, the internet is good, the bed is super comfotable.

There was lot of things which were disliking. 1. Room was not available on reaching to property. I need to wait till 11.30 am. 2. Facilities were not in order. Ex. Airconditioner was broken. It's connection was unsafe. Geazer connection was hanging to wall. Bathroom door was broken from bottom. Basin was loose to wall. TV connection was just placed open wire in plug. 3. Room was not cleaned daily. I told them for cleaning & then done. 4. Bedsheet was not changed from entry till exit day. Pillow covers were torned. 5. Fan was making noise. In the view of above, I am very disappointed. I don't know how you select such services & offer to customers. Water was not provided. Really the experience was disappointing. If you are suggesting such type of properties, then we must think to go with you.

The location was good considering morning walk or relaxing in the evening.

The rooms don't match the ones in the photos here. Mine was full of ants, no clean floor, very hard mattress, fresh bed sheets stained, no locker to lock the door. Balcony full of trash

I stayed here for a night with friends and got the best rates. hotel and rooms was good. The hotel is really close to the metro. and the room was neat, with fresh sheets and a clean bathroom. There were missing towels in the bathroom but they brought them to me quickly.
