I would have preferred a remote for the air-conditioner. Also the room I was in seemed like it needed repairs. The bathroom was decently-sized, but would do better with a working exhaust. I think the tariff was a bit steep for the property.

The hotel was conveniently located, and not too far from the airport. My room was clean and quite spacious. It had an electric kettle with tea and coffee options, and there were two complimentary bottles of drinking water. The bathroom had the basic amenities laid out nicely, and it was clean and well kept. The breakfast spread was also quite substantial. The staff was well-trained, helpful and quite proactive. I did see other guests who seemed to be tourists, so I guess it's not just a business hotel.

There was no dustbin and slippers inside the room

Room service was good . Towels were clean.The staff were prompt, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, hot, and presented nicely.Viriety of items served in breakfast. 1. Hot running water. The hotel's boiler is not tuned to handle winters, which is a real shame.

1. Staff Cousteousness. I travelled with my family including aging parents and the staff went all out to tender to their needs. 2. Location, location, location. 3. Excellent restaurant.

There is a problem with hot water in the hotel. For the entire time I stayed there was not hot water when I returned to the room in the evening. In the morning it is fine but one has to let the water run for a long time before it starts to get hot. This seemed like a lot of wasted water to me. I doubt this was specific to my room and I think this is a problem for the hotel or at least for the time I was there. If there was no hot water issue I would recommend Lynq Zero wholeheartedly. It is possible that others may not experience this difficulty. If the hot water issue is resolved then Lynq Aero is an excellent option and better than places like Ibis, or The Sonnet in terms of providing value for money.

Lynq Aero is provides good value for money; in fact subject to what I say I below, it provided better than good value for money. The location, very close to Salt Lake Sector 5 Metro station is very good. The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is quite adequate and room service food is also very good. All in all, a good experience and to reiterate generally good value for money. Now look at the negative comment to understand why I have not rated this hotel higher than this.

I messaged the hotel twice before arrival to ask if they’d look after our bags before check in but got no reply. There was no problem when we arrived at 08:00 for them to look after our bags as check in wasn’t until 13:00

Clean nice sized room, over looked a building site (which was actually quite interesting! Stay were helpful and breakfast was good.

The room are kind of small. For a family of 3 could be a bit conjested. But as a solo business traveller, it was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room services were top notch. Having stayed in so many hotels, I must say this hotel focuses genuinely on hospitality. The in room dining and the breakfast were very tasty.

No negative experience

One of the best hotel to stay for corporate travellers at prime corporate area of Kolkata City. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good and fresh ambience. Food quality is awsome. You have buffet option for dinner which offers varities of food. Staff is supportive. Quick service. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
