Restaurant... especially the complementary breakfast system is too poor, any order they delay it considerably One staff member in the restaurant was rude in getting the order.....felt bit uncomfortable Also the rates are too high for the facilities / recreation they provide

More updated washroom. Not clean up to the hotel standards
Service at front office staff great. Room is good but the washroom should be clean and the management has to do list of renovations specifically the washroom. Break fast good.

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at your dining area today. One of your staff members behaved in a disrespectful manner toward me and my partner. He singled us out by asking for our room number, despite not doing so with any other guests around. This made me feel deeply insulted and uncomfortable. To be honest, I am currently working overseas as a Regional Manager. However, today I was dressed casually, which may have led him to judge me based on my appearance. I also chose to eat with my hand, following our Tamil cultural tradition, while others were using spoons and forks. I can’t help but feel that he looked down on me for that reason as well. I have stayed at SRM several times before and have even recommended it to many of my friends. But this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue staying here in the future. I sincerely hope your staff can be educated on treating every guest with equal respect, regardless of their appearance or dining preferences. To be fair, the rest of your staff have always been very professional and warm — their service has been excellent. This issue seems to be isolated to the dining area. However, it was very hurtful, especially as it happened in front of my partner. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you

The towels appeared worn out and could do with whitening or replacing. The safe in the room was not working nor was the exhaust in the bathroom
The location , polite staff . Would like to specifically tmention Mr Ashraf Ali in the restaurant at the hotel was very helpful and made us feel at home.

Hotel and rooms were not clean, bathrooms had mold, beds and floor corners had lots of accumulated dust. The room they gave me first had a very bad odour, then changed it but it was not as expected. Have stayed in this hotel years ago and they have not maintained it well.
Breakfast spread and quality was very good. Great service from the team.

Rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded. Conditions of walls, ceilings and bathroom fittings are old. Some parts in bathroom were mouldy.

The restaurant was rather small for a hotel of its size. Getting a place during breakfast time was a struggle. I stayed there for 4 days and on the first two days I had to wait nearly half an hour to get breakfast. Hence, on the remaining two days I was forced to go for breakfast before 7.30 a.m. They could well have managed the rush by providing breakfast both in the restaurant and the attached Buffet Room which was empty. The Non-Veg food was good. The vegetarian fare could have been better.
The room was adequately large and clean. The staff were polite and helpful.

The washroom needs renovation asap. The water force is very less. Doesn't look like a 3 star hotel's washroom. And it takes a lot of time to get the hot water. Once the hot water is available, you cannot blend it with a right mixture. Even if you push the lever to the right (cold), still you get the hot water. If you push it to the extreme right, you get cold water. We are not getting a proper blend. The water flow is horrible. Except washroom, everything was great.
Room is good and spacious and the food was amazing.

The building was probably fabulous when they opened up. Now time has left its marks on it. The room had a strong smell of mold and cleaning detergent. Bedsheets and towels were worn out from use and had an unpleasant smell.
The staff are nice and helpful. Proximity to airport is an advantage.
