The interior was a little old. Bathroom and sink tap had salt deposits. Bed was a bit rusty. No channels in TV work without subscription.

The location was great with good eateries, juice corner, banks and supermarkets nearby. However, for the price the hotel was not worth.

Hyegine and cleanliness are the areas which can be reviewed by the management. Staff though courteous and helpful don't greet you with open hearts.

Being in close vicinity to Apollo Hospital is the most important thing. Food menu is limited in size but not the taste. Good food and in particular breakfast. Tea lovers may be disappointed.

The hospitality provided by the staff, particularly at the front office, was disappointing. The personnel exhibited a lack of experience, insufficient warmth, and an unprofessional attitude, which, unfortunately, reflected poorly on the overall management of the establishment. Even the staff encountered near the elevators failed to offer a simple smile or any form of acknowledgment. Moreover, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linens and covers were visibly stained and had an off-white hue, suggesting they were not properly maintained. The towels were noticeably aged and worn. These shortcomings certainly detracted from what should have been a comfortable and welcomg stay.

1. The AC of the room initially given was not working. The staff did not check the room before offering 2. The room was adjacent to a conference room. Large noises of Mic testing started at 6:30 AM. Extremely annoying as sleep was disturbed. No respect for guest's comfort. 3. Staff started reminding me to vacate the room at 11:45 am well before the check-out time. 4 WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY in Hotel M Stays

Staff is very unprofessional. Also, basic breakfast takes 1 hour to prepare. I ordered for 1 plate for ready fruits and 1 glass of milk but had to leave the hotel without breakfast as they couldn't serve despite 1 hour time being given. The staff also was hesitant and reluctant when I requested for a GST Invoice. I had to strongly request them and insist to get the GST invoice.

The rooms are big and comfortable. They are clean and well maintained. Location was decent for our purpose.
