Actully your site did not mention ...extra bed and breakfast.... We had long discussion with manager regarding this...they say we dont include valley view..not include breakfast and extra bed.... I pay extra money for that

The bar and pool table area was supposed to close at 10:30 but all lights were out by 10:30 Food quality of dinner and spread of morning buffet was above average to good. Though they said they have a driver dormitory but it was in pathetic state with other drivers doing drugs inside. I think you can charge us a few bucks extra but provide humane conditions to our support staff

Room was quite stuffy and was not really valley view, though we had booked the valley view room. Room was not cleaned, neither the mini bar stocked when we arrived. Bathroom was leaking and we needed to have it fixed. towels were stained and housekeeping always kept 2 towels even when we were 3 people staying 3 nights. Room facilities are not worth for money charged.

Staff is very good and responsive. Food is tasty, options are good. The main property is itself very clean. Games, pool table, available and very nice.

Mandatory charges of new year eve party was a turn off as the facilities provided were not so good. Food wasn't that good. Same party charges for Vegetarian and non-vegeterian people. Very less options for veg snacks. Hotel restaurant was closed on 31st afternoon/evening. No food option was available.

Hotel's location is not so high in the mountains and the road to hotel is pretty good. Parking space was good. Rooms were well cleaned.

The property has no Gym or Fitness Facility. Usually hotels of this range have a Fitness center. Breakfast spread is also too limited like a low budget hotel.

The best part about the property is that it is located at an optimum distance from the Mall Road, so you can walk down to the Mall Road and at the same time will be away from the noise and the chaos. Mr. Narottam ensured a very easy check-in and check out, he also ensured that my stay was comfortable. Big thanks to his professional and polite behaviour. Vivek at the restaurant was extremely courteous, thanks for his exceptional service during breakfast time.

Location is just amazing, the view is breath taking. Balconies of the rooms are amazingly designed to enjoy the perfect whether. i would surely recommend this hotel.

Hygiene, toilets too small, housekeeping very bad , more of trainees employed. Room bedsheets, towels had stains and old . Lot of insects in room . Monkey menace is big issue . You can't sit in your room balcony as it is very dangerous
