Nothing, all was disappointing

As per the picture on the booking.com platform the hotel room was totally different. You need to pay in advance so you can't cancel at the hotel after the visit, after that you will not get a refund so you will get stuck there. The room was too dirty, even the bed sheet, towels or bathroom. Drinking water was not cleaned. The manager's language was not good Mr. Bablu. They don't know how to behave to customers. There were a lot of insects in the room so we couldn't sleep. The hotel manager will not give you a solution even if he will oppose you and if you want to change hotels then you will have extra charges of room and transport as per the hotel manager.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The food was delicious, the location was ideal, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was also very attentive and accommodating.
