Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We reached hotel around 10pm. No bell staff to help for luggage .
Overall good, staff help beyond limits. Management can put some effort for making place more comfortable . The chef shut kitchen however reopen for us to cook some food

Though not too big a deal when you are on a vacation, the wi-fi internet service was erratic, available during the day, but not functioning during both nights of our stay. Staff at reception informed us that the locality in general was experiencing internet downtime during the time of our stay, Guess we have to put this down to tough luck for us :)
Booked a villa to stay with my family of 4. All of us liked the property, it's location. Staff and their services were very good. Mrs. Sathya and Rahul at the reception were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet (included in our stay) was sumptuous and we were quite happy with the lunch and dinner offerings at the restaurant as well. The villa we stayed in was well appointed with a living area with TV, sofa bed on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Both bedrooms had attached bathrooms with hot water and were cleanly maintained.

Many things. The resort if not worth for the high money I paid. Parking was a big challenge. The security woke my up in the night to change my parking. The food quality and hygenity was bad. We went to the restuarant the first day for lunch. It was not cleaned. There was very less choices of food and no restuarants nearby as well. Both my kids fell sick by the last day. While the rooms were size enough, the windows and doors didnt shut properly. I could hear all the noises outside and was not able to sleep properly. No room heaters also available and it was damn cold. The Bon fire was running till late night and the noise was so loud that I couldnt sleep. There is not sufficient enough parking also in the facility. Not sure why high ratings were given for this property.
There is only thing which I liked was the warm and welcoming approach by the receptionist.

Had a great experience at Mango Hill! The hotel was very nice and everything was well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable with good views, which made our stay even better. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout. A special thanks to the receptionist Ruben Anish and Souganya for their excellent service and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our visit wonderful

The room we were allotted in had a water heater that was leaking and not working, in a cold place like Kodai not having hot water to take bath is a pathetic experience, Villa rooms are very old with most of the doors and wardrobe worn out, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it's not worth what they are charging, am sure for the same price there will be much better place, the photos in booking and other sites vs when you see the room is totally different
Apart from the breakfast nothing else was worth it

Excellent stay, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Food quality is good. Dining area experience was wonderful. Parking two wheeler and four wheeler area good. Room service was excellent. Facilities of rooms also great.
