swimming pool. i saw people entering into the pool with sarees. chudidars and even a few kids without dress. I gave me a doubt if its a swimming pool or a pond in avillage open to all. No security check and control. This deprieved us using the pool

Lack of organised experiences as part of booking package.

Breakfast was simple, tasty and cooked on demand- Hot!, Great views, Wonderful property to explore, lots to see, well maintained and serviced. There are event halls and swimming pool as well. Good level of cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking struggles, food is average to below average for the price they charges.. room given had negligible balcony where as they show big balconies in pictures...restaurant and food needs a lot of improvement.....my son constantly kept asking for malabar parantha which was there on the menu but unavailable..then he settled for normal tawa parantha ..that too they couldn't arrange..then they promised that it will be available the next day....but no..it wasn't....we got a better service at another place with a better quality of food and service...

We had a pleasant stay and felt homely. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. All mentioned facilities were offered on time. Rooms and service were top notch. Location is perfect with sceneric view. The building itself feels like a palace to explore. Happy to visit again 🙂

The place was noisy. Day 1- They played deafening music in the name of 'activities'. Day 2 - Had some 'family event' right in front of our room in the evening, organised by the hotel, with zero regard for other guests. Lastly, there is some large construction project going on right next door. Overall, the place was not as quaint and serene as it is advertised and is seriously overpriced for the value it offers. Felt more like a cheap commercial hotel, not a boutique resort.

The room is big, clean and offers a good view. Staff was very courteous. Food is decent.

A very underrated property in Yercaud. Fantastic views from the room. Pro tip would probably be to take the valley view rooms.

There was no AC in the property. The team was not prepared to receive us. The room booked was not ready on arrival and was offered a different one. The next day, we were upgraded to a family suite, but the fan was not working, and because of no AC, it turned out to be a hell of an experience. Finally, at midnight at 4 a.m., we shifted to a different room.

The stairs... that's it... But that's hardly anything..

The breakfast was very delicious even thought they dint have a buffet due to less rooms being booked. But they made it up with the breakfast and stunning view of the valley from the breakfast area. the staff were well attentive to every need of ours and they also paid attention to every little detail. I will definitely be visiting again..
