1.Very few places to see around. Staff should provide detail information about surrounding places to visit otherwise we can not justify staying more than one day. Printed pamflet providing info can be useful. 2. Bar counter is missing 3. Dance floor/ Party music would make evenings happening

The staff does receive your calls quickly in the early morning hours for room service. The Chinese food at the restaurant was not good.

The check-in was quick, As we checked in on weekdays, our rooms were given an upgrade. The restaurant lake view was beautiful and cinic. Had a great time in the play area and swimming pool. The restaurant had tasty Indian 🇮🇳 food, but Chinese food was not up to the mark. Breakfast was yummy and tasty. Staff is good and friendly and also guides us for nearby attractions. We felt our lungs inflate with the onrush of scenery - air, mountains, lake, trees, water, people. I thought, this is what it is to be happy.

Scenic beauty is the best thing here. Property is fully covered with mango trees and has a big fully grass covered open area just next to the lake. The view of mountains is amazing, we can seat at cafeteria and enjoy the meal/ tea coffee with the amazing view and cool breeze.

People who are manner less and displaying their clothing to get dry in Balconies which destroys beauty of the resort. Need to provide Clothing stands for drying so that resort beauty can be maintained.

Amazing place with lots of greenery around/Pool side deck for lake view and for sunset too. Cleaned Swimming Pool with Baby pool and Rain Dance with live music. Dinner with live karaoke and singing. Very co operative staff and helpful too. We were having kids aged less than 5 year so can say it can be the kids friendly resort too as they are having kids pay area with slides/swings etc.

Resort is new and very nice and clean. The room we booked had a large bed to accommodate 4 of us. The room just lacks a small refrigerator. The food was nice and tasty, just few more options are needed.The property has a lot trees and hence it was peaceful stay. I would recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing weekend with family.

More Breakfast non-veg options should be there, right now there's only egg. Quality of veg options can be greatly improved.

Chef is excellent! Especially the menu for lunch and dinner. Natural cover is excellent! Pool time was very enjoyable! Staff is ever smiling and prompt.

Paymenr was a nightmate. The hotel seams not to be connected to international credit card systems. 3 different cards from 3 different banks (Visa and Amex) did not work, while back in Dehli all of them could be used. It costs 3 hours of discussion, while also no international bank data have been available for online money transfer. This has damaged the idea of a relaxed weekend between two business weeks.

Lovely clean place with friendly people. There is an art and craft museum near by, very nice. The hotel is not so big and a good place to relax and spend some free time. Due to the problem that Uber do not work, the people finally managed to get a cab to the airport.
