It was a peaceful experience just the way I wanted it to be without any noise or drama, unlike in hotels. Uncle is soft spoken and extremely cooperative. I didn’t mind some curfew hours during the night where the main gate is locked (which is justified since the family resides on ground floor). It was my kind of perfect.

A nice place to stay while visiting Jaipur even if you are traveling alone (in my case) or with family. The owner was very cooperative and kind. You will have a homely atmosphere while staying here. Restaurants, bus stops are available nearby. Enjoyed my 3 day stay here very much.

My recent stay at Manu Villa in Jaipur turned out to be an experience that left me thoroughly enchanted and delighted. Nestled in the heart of the 'Pink City,' this establishment offered a level of comfort and value that outdid all my expectations. Upon stepping inside, I was struck by the sheer spaciousness of the place. Manu Villa doesn't compromise on space and affords its guests an expansive living area that's rather unique and hard to find at such an attractive price point. It is nothing short of a royal treat, making me feel as though I was a guest in an illustrious Rajasthani palace. The amenities offered were second to none. Every need I could have thought of was met with thoughtful provision. From the luxurious bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, it was clear that the proprietors had gone to great lengths to ensure the satisfaction of their guests. The peaceful location added to the charm, providing an oasis of calm amid the bustling life of Jaipur. One of the key highlights of my stay was the villa's proximity to major attractions. Within 20-30 minutes, I was able to explore the rich heritage of Jaipur. The convenience of being able to swiftly navigate through the city’s myriad offerings without the need to contend with long travel times, was indeed a massive bonus. Furthermore, the owners' suggestion for a morning trek nearby was an adventure that added a hint of thrill to my trip. It was clear that they took a personal interest in enhancing their guests' experiences, going above and beyond the expected hospitality norms. It is without hesitation that I wholeheartedly recommend Manu Villa to anyone visiting Jaipur. I look forward to my next stay here with eager anticipation. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was a major letdown. There was dust and trash throughout the room, including under the bed, and the bathroom was also dirty. The fridge, although provided, was so dirty inside that it was unusable. While there was an induction cooktop, there were only 2-3 utensils available, and even after requesting additional ones multiple times, none were provided.

The homestay is well-located near the city center in a good locality, making it convenient for exploring Jaipur. The room provided was of a decent size and came with several amenities, including an AC, fridge, TV, induction cooking plate, and RO water system. Additionally, the bathroom had a water heater, which was a nice touch.

1. Owner asked to cancel Booking.com reservation and pay directly. I had to politely refuse his request. 2. While we were away, we found the apartment door opened and duplicate key inside. I was travelling with a cat. I found her on the stairs outside the apartment when we came back. I am sure she would have eloped if we did not return. Very insecure, would recommend guests not to trust this place.
