Some homestay are really home away from home. They have the comfort of our home, stunning views, comfort and most welcoming hosts who takes care of your needs. The Maple homestay in Kalimpong is such a homestay, managed by a beautiful couple, who have not yet became completely professional. They have preserved their innocence and caring nature of welcoming guests at their homestay. The homestay is away from the hustle and bustle of congested Kalimpong, well planned, constructed and managed in a natural surrounding. The masterpiece is the rooftop dining place from where the mighty Kanchanjanghaa is visible and can be captured as is done in the shared pics. Food is nutritious, homely and tasty. The value for money is gurranted. They also provide complimentary breakfast.

The surroundings around the property was not so impressive.

Staying at Maple Homestay in Kalimpong was an absolute delight. The owner, Vijay, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. His warm and hospitable nature truly stood out. What truly amazed us was when our taxi driver bailed out last minute, Vijay volunteered to personally escort us to the taxi stand. This act of kindness and willingness to go the extra mile exemplifies the exceptional service and care provided at Maple Homestay. Vijay's genuine concern for his guests' comfort and well-being made our stay truly memorable.

Just that the location is a bit in distance from the Kalimpong market area (approx 1.5 km ).

The count of likes is too high from the rooms, to the behaviour of our hosts to the quality of food, the rooms everything was great. Room was clean, spacious and furniture was good. Food didn't just taste 'like' homemade but was homemade and was very tasty n' less oily. And specifically the behaviour of our hosts we didn't feel like visitors but like some relatives visiting, they were extremely polite and well spoken and during our departure we were warmly attended by all of them. It was a truly great experience!

There was nothing we didn’t like about staying here!

Our stay at Maple Homestay was very comfortable and made even better by our accomodating and hospitable host Vjeae. we were provided with some great meals and suggestions on what to do in Kalimpong. The hostel is in a nice quiet street but still close to the centre of town. 10/10 would recommend!
