Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaPool is very small for the size of the property. No charging facility for EV.
Property is right next to Imagicaa and is very nice. Staff are polite. Rooms are spacious and clean.

IndiaCheckin took lot of time. Asked for Wi-Fi connection which they never gave. With the price it is not worth. Also while booking room was shown which was Suites and booked was family room.

India1.No facilities for kids at all 2.There was noise in the room 3.Price too high for liking 4.Food was very bad 5.Not much options at all in buffet 6.Staff was not ready to co-operate specially (Mr.Nitish) 7. When told to clean the room only half of the room was cleant they had to be told again to please clean the remaining half. 8. Only just a building with rooms in it And no facilities in it.

United Arab Emirates1. Rooms were smelling of smoke 2. We could hear voices of people in the next room and the noise of the ground floor till our rooms 3. The service boy entered my cousins room even after telling him wait outside. 4. 2 hours to get Maggi and club sandwich 5. Food bills were not given, even after paying gst tax 6. Definitely a 3 star not a 5 star.

OmanEverything was superb, clean and comfy, food was delicious breakfast and dinner, staff were very polite and helpful. a perfect stay with a nice view of imagica park and beautiful clean infinity pool. we tried the spa which was relaxing💆🏻♀️ we had booked for 1 night but because the hotel exceeded our expectations we were happy to add one more night 😍🫶🏻
