I didn't like house keeping staff touching tea bags and water bottles immediately after cleaning bathrooms and garbage bins without sanitised hands

The ambience, the decor,everything about the place was wonderful. The pristine beach, the green sprawling lawns....along with a group of amicable staff is just what you want during a vacation.

LIFT WAS NOT WORKING THOUGH I STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS BUT THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING THE ROOM TV WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IT WAS ATTENDED MULTIPLE TIME BY HOTEL STAFF STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTED ARCHERY FACILTIY DOES NOT EXISTED EXCEPT A CHILDREN ARCHERY GAME HANGING IN A TREE

Considering 7 year kid as an adult and charging full tariff for them was wrong, because in other Mayfair they don't charge full tariff. Also they should allow outside food on guest risk.

Overall property was amazing, location was the best and the beach was very clean.

While the buffet spread was extensive, there is room for improvement in the choice and flavour of some dishes to elevate the overall dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at Mayfair Palm Beach Resort in Gopalpur, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled along the pristine coastline, the resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Our ocean-view room was spacious and elegantly furnished, featuring a private balcony that provided breathtaking views of the sea. The room was meticulously clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at Mayfair Gopalpur went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The service was prompt and attentive. One of the highlights of the resort is its private beach, which is well-maintained and perfect for leisurely walks or simply soaking in the sun. The resort also boasts a clean swimming pool ensuring guests have plenty of options for relaxation and recreation.

The travel desk should be improved. They are 45mins from the largest brackish water lagoon in Asia and second largest coastal lagoon in the world, and yet they have outsourced the travel desk to a semi professional taxi service only. This can be done so much better and exclusive trips can be arranged to promote such a fantastic natural water body with varieties of birds and fish

The service was prompt and courteous. The food was excellent. The property was maintained well and neatly too. It was a pleasure walking around the property, the sea beach and other facilities.

Nothing as such . Only that I was travelling with children and we had requested for a side by side room , which was initially not provided . But within 30 mins they corrected their mistake and provided an interconnecting room. So nothing to complain about

It was a luxurious property right in front of the beach. Spacious rooms .Private beach. Snacks served at morning and evening time was an innovative idea. Buffet breakfast was excellent. My son had fever so upon request they send the breakfast for my son. All the staffs were very polite and courteous. Everyone was too eager to help. Huge property and extremely well maintained

Room could have been better than what i got. Occupancy was less, so they could have upgraded.

Location was excellent. Especially private beach is very clean Ambience excellent, staff were very courteous. I could have given a better room, though i booked through Booking.com, the selection of room might be like that.
