We enjoyed our stay. Actually it was our second stay there. We stayed at this property in 2008 too. Was surprised to find it better than last time. We really had fun.

For kids activities we're not there, the games room does not have quality equipments and all were broken and damaged. The food options should have been more.The beach should have better seating options with hotel arranged snacks in the evening.

The property was well maintained with a good cottage size. There was lot greenery and a good cozy swimming pool. The beach was close by. The staff were helpful and accommodative especially the fooding staff at Waves restaurant. The food quality was excellent.

We requested room service breakfast and we were told to have breakfast in the dining area. After we had had breakfast we were told to pay for it....we thought that was quite rude. The breakfast was not cheap. It seemed the hotel was out to make money from their guests, considering we had to pay for the accomodation way in advance.

The room was clean & tidy. Good outdoor features....plants and lights, etc.

Front desk manager response was very arrogant, we have booked for half board & wanted to shift for lunch instead of dinner but he refused saying 8:20 pm is late for this communication as we have never faced such issue in any other 5star properties it was very unusual for me.

The property is very dated. The rooms are not cleaned very well. Particularly the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

Excellent location, gardens, food, beach, pool but the best bit was the service. Staff also took special care of my elderly mother who was in a wheelchair.

the hotel shows age in several places like our bathroom tiles etc. the air conditioner in our room was also sub par and couldn’t really cool the room properly in what was a relatively mildly warm weather for Puri. the AC also kept making an annoying vibration noise.

beautifully maintained property with elegant decorations. it’s a boutique hotel with only a few cottages and rooms spread over a decent amount of space, no large ugly buildings and so the common areas/services are never busy or crowded. nice pool and beach. the food at the breakfast was good and the service and behavior of the staff was excellent.

We were planning to extend our checkout by an hour since we were not done with packing but we were rushed out since some vip was planning to stay in the same room. We were provided a guest house for our extended stay of 1 hour though.

Old property, requires renovation / upgrade. Access Deluxe rooms - It doesnot have lift / elevator. Cigratte smell in the corridor. Ventilation is not good. We paid and upgraded to cottage room. It took 2 hours after all the discussions and room cleaning.

Beach access. Their private beach is clean. Staff was helpful.
