It has been observed that services are very slow, specially during buffet breakfast, items were not filled up once finished.

Imagine traveling so far in search of a place to recharge your batteries, but everything turns into a nightmare! Around midnight, I informed the security guard about the noise coming from the next room. It was truly a party, the whole family gathered, shouting, laughing, people coming and going... Unable to sleep at 1 a.m., I decided to call the front desk! But nothing was done, as the party continued... At 1:30 a.m., I called again and earnestly asked for help... Around 2 a.m., already furious, I called again! Unfortunately, I had to shout to get a reaction from the hotel team. At check-out and after settling my bills, they remembered to ask about my stay: I expressed my displeasure and asked me to wait as the hotel manager wanted to speak with me. I decided to wait, but I really wanted to find a hotel where I could rest. The manager came and once again asked me what happened, and after sharing the incident, I felt like it was my fault because everyone should have a good experience at the hotel. Even those who party at night and bother other guests! RIDICULOUS... I THREW 20K IN THE TRASH!! And so...they lose customers due to their passivity and desire to always ensure satisfied customers.

EVERYTHING

TERRIBLE RESORT WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE. This isnt a hotel, it is a wedding convention centre where all other guests are ignored and not served at all. None of us slept all night due to daily wedding functions with loud music and drums playing from 10pm to 5am. Even with numerous complaints, nothing was done by the staff. We werent even compensated for the 2 disastrous nights. The reception staff simply smiled and said nothing could be done for compensation. If you want a holiday with good service and peace. Please do NOT stay here. We were warned but didn’t think it would be THIS bad.

CAUTION: This property is not a hotel or a resort. It’s run as an event location where the entire property is a constant construction site where they are organising weddings or corporate events and are essentially SCAMMING individual guests into booking vacant rooms during these events. The noise went on till 4am for the private events. The service was horrendous. None of the staff are trained to manage hotel/resort guests and are mainly focused as a catering company for the events. They had cordoned off the pool and the restaurant and the bar/lounge when we arrived. And were not able to cater for guest needs outside the wedding group.

Horrible experience half food won’t come half will come when u order room service then they’ll forget u will give up and go to bed next day to realise they have charged u for the entire bill and then harass you to pay it and then have stupid arguments like u should have called reception if room service didn’t send the food , so for food that i am fyi paying for i have to struggle and fight for it to get delivered to me ?? Called laundry service 4 times at different times nobody ever came The towels smelled like dead rats Horrible experience don’t recommend at all It’s been 4 days i am still awaiting my Bill copy that they are suppose to email no luck there as well Please don’t book this hotel terrible idea

Rooms not clean. Bathroom bathtub was leaking. Could not be repaired . Room change request not met. Dinner was ordered in the room as I had elderly parents with me not wanting to leave the room. Cold cold food was served, forget about taste. I Was exorbitantly charged 1700/- for 2 plates of egg bhurji !! Disgusting

Nothing ! Poor response by staff. Not clean rooms.

Only complain were the performers for 31 st night party. Singer was below average. DJ performance was poor. Non veg starters were bad though veg starters were good. They should have invited better singer for that special night.

We stayed there on 31 st Dec for the night . Room was clean , staffs were good.
