The listing mentions that the property is only 1.4 kms away from the airport, but actually the property is about 8-10 kms from the airport in an industrial area. No decent food joints or restaurant nearby. Absolutely deserted around night. The amenities are OK, but not value for money considering the location and cost of taxi from the airport.

The story continue even after 10 yrs when they were KLG Starlite. The Habbit of switching off AC mid night or in day is still there. Why r u ruining ur image again. Fridges in room does not work . Bathroom doors not working.

The Staff . Mentioning The front desk Miss Raman was great and perfect host. Good location and building. Great lobby area.

How can you not allow a Bluetooth speaker in the hotel. I had to fight for the speaker and still it was not allowed in the hotel

Had gone on an Expensive Bike- a Harley Davidson (Street Glide Special), was denied parking near Porch/Main Entrance where it could have been cared for, was asked to park the same in the Basement, all security/staff sat on the bike, posed for pictures despite all requests to keep the bike untouched and safe, the alarms kept on beeping and finally the day of the checkout found the battery dead. Asked reception/security to give videos of the bike being mishandled, was given the answer that security head has not come till date, had to call someone for a jump start of the bike and then left, more than the cost of the stay, have to spend on the battery replacement in Delhi. In full view of the Security, staff had been sitting on the bike, they don't want to share videos and nor accept their mistakes- I have no time to pursue this, just a lesson learnt.

It’s ok , just that this particular night that I stayed was very expensive. For whatever the reason I think the management need to have more proactive control over pricing and they should apply a suitable surge.

House keeping and maintenance need improvement. Entry light not functioning, Emergency light not functioning, Shower glass door not shutting completely, TV remote not functioning had to get it fixed.

Ridiculous hotel and ridiculous staff. Policy of not allowing visitors is like a hostel and very rude staff. Never ever book this hotel again

Nothing. Very poor policies where they harassed my wife through a very bad behavior by their female staff : just coz my wife had her brother visit her at 10 pm. Hotel has a hostel like policy that they don't allow visitors and be rude to their guests.

The overall stay was great. Rooms were neat and clean. We forget one item during check out, but a prompt response from hotel staff helped us to recover that stuff. Its closeness to Elante mall lets one explore restaurant and shopping options.

Services are not in line with the Tarif they charge. Staff grooming is horrible and they don't have the etiquette and professionalism to talk to customers. It appeared like I am checking in any highway motel or low cost Hotel. Breakfast spread is very thin and not at all great. You can get better breakfast in other hotels which are more economical compared to Mercure.

Nothing especial. Routine and average experience. Any one can offer average and routine services and experience. This hotel didn't offer any thing unique or great. It was a bit sad. Grooming and finish of staff is very poor.
